Not his fault, but we may have know more if he would have listened to her. Find a doctor that cares, really listens, and doesn't offer excuses for his unhelpful staff or places blame on patients. There office sends me a letter telling me to find care somewhere else, which I was planning on anyway, but how pathetic that there front office receptionist can't handle a patient calling there office out on a charge that's completely unacceptable and unethical.
