Excellent Service - Fast, Affordable, and Convenient!…read more I was very happy with the quick response after submitting an online quote request! Communication was fast and smooth, both online and via text. I really appreciated that all of my questions were answered clearly, and the price for immediate service--especially on a Sunday--was excellent. I had initially contacted the dealership to replace the key/fob for my Toyota, but their price was outrageous! Not only would I have had to wait for delivery, but I also would've needed to tow my car to their location. Thankfully, I found "Discount Locksmith"! Their service was a fraction of the dealership's cost, and they came directly to me. I reached out on Sunday morning, and by midday the job was done--in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend them!! The money saved and the time I didn't waste addressing this urgent issue for our daughter was truly invaluable.

It may not seem like much, but having a child in a car seat in a wheelchair/stroller when I couldn't lock the car remotely made getting her out of the car an impossible dance. It's hard to explain, but trust me when I say it was a pain in the butt and much to my husband's chagrin, I just gave up on ever locking my car, even with recent break ins in our neighborhood. I asked if they could come out and fix it and they said it would be $179 service fee, plus parts. I politely asked if they would come look at it since they were the ones who provided the part. Maybe it was loose or something. At that point her tone changed completely and she became very rude. She did not try patiently to explain their policy. She just hung up rudely and abruptly. Sadly, I think they put a bad door knob in. It was a costly mistake hiring this company. Bad service, bad quality and bad value.
