This gym offers nothing useful except bad form on deadlifts, terrible punching form and terrible kicking form. This gym is a joke you learn how to not fight when you go here. Also the gym wasn't clean it was dirty and just TERRIBLE. If I could give 0 starts I would. I have a photo of my son after he got beat up because this gym didn't teach him anything this is dangerous to make kids think can fight and then they just get hurt.

After 7 day trial: The coach/owner is extremely down to earth and takes a light hearted approach to running his class. He was immediately interested in making me feel comfortable and connected to people in the room, and in no way pushy about committing to the program - truly good hearted. He even let me come train with him one on one - a very safe and fun atmosphere with people who actually know what they're teaching. The people there: Coach set me up to roll bjj and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Nobody trying to hurt each other or intimidate by any means. Most class members took their time to help me out teach the dos and don't (rules) of the sport.
