I've been gym hopping for a few years since I was unable to find a spot with a good mix of classes,…read moreexercises and trainers that I enjoyed working with. This place has really changed that for me. The trainers are amazing here- some of the best I've had. There is a method to their strength and conditioning where they focus on certain parts of the body each class and have a focus each month. Monday's and Wednesday's are known as strength days and Tuesdays and Thursdays are cardio days. Fridays are cardio boxing days and Saturday and sundays are the playground days. These classes have set exercises and intervals each time and the trainers run through each exercise and what the interval means before starting the workout. Then they end with a finisher that changes up each time. The trainers also truly care about form and pushing you to help you get stronger!

Fearless Fitness is awesome ! After being a loyal client of another local boot camp gym (for…read moreyears), I switched to Fearless for three main reasons : 1) early morning class time --5:30am which is crucial for me as I have to be at work by 7:30am. Side note : moving it even earlier (5:15) would be amazing !!! 2) individual attention from trainers-- trainers thoroughly explaining each workout and movement to make sure you are using the appropriate weight and motion -- much less chance of getting hurt !! 3) workouts stick to a "plan" each day of the week Mondays and Wednesdays are strength focused Tuesdays and Thursdays are more cardio Fridays are boxing !!! Love this And the weekend classes are a mix of everything (sure to kick your butt!!!) The only reasons I am not giving it 5 stars are because 1)some (not all) trainers do not start class on time and it's really frustrating if you have a tight schedule (in the mornings ) to be waiting 5 or so minutes to start class And 2) as this gym grows and classes can sometimes have 20+ people they need to accommodate this and have enough equipment for each station (or make extra stations) and have an extra trainer at the class for that individual attention Overall I am a happy client and hopefully they will work through these growing pains -- they are expanding to a second location!!!

They design my workouts very thoughtfully and make changes based on my physical situation when I come in. I am so much healthier, with excellent balance now and much more strength. It's worth it, totally. Original review: I've tried several gyms and absolutely love this one. It is attractive without being glitzy. It is kept very clean, and they take a lot of pride in keeping the equipment in good shape. Even as a flabby senior, I feel so comfortable there; there is no competition with other members. People are very friendly, and I've had nice conversations with other members. The trainers are wonderful and very knowledgeable. After two months, I feel like a million bucks. No matter what level of fitness you have, there is something there for you, from basic low-level Curves equipment (in its own room) to the high-caliber super-fit stuff. It's a very positive place.

They have several treadmills, barbells, weightlifting equipment and much more. They even offer personal training and almost 24 hour access to the gym. The only small thing is that the water fountain does not put out enough water to properly fill your bottle. And I don't drink Dasani which was offered from a vending machine. So bring your own water bottles in my opinion. Worth coming to get a nice workout with a large crowd.

Attended a free roll day. First match up was a purple belt, second match up was a blue belt. Had to take a rest cause I hadn't done this in a while and each roll was 5 minutes. After a break, a brown belt approached me and asked if I had anyone to roll with, nope, I replied. K, come on he said. We spoke for a bit, he asked my experience, then proceeded to hit, shove and grind hard, the crown of his forehead into mine while attempting to man handle me. He then pushed me back into the dividing wall that separates the mat from the entrance. I had to turn to stop him from continuously pushing me everywhere violently. The tops of my toes then touched the top of my foot and I heard a pop. This was on 11 February, it's now the 26th when I'm writing this and I still can't walk fully. He broke the second digit of two of my toes. Higher belts are meant to instruct and not have ego injected into it. This was 100% unacceptable from a higher belt.

I'm very comfortable here, everyone's welcoming, and I love how there are so many different areas to do pad work in. Having this gym a stone's throw away from my house is ideal BUT if the facilities were dirty and mismanaged I probably would not continue to be a member. As Linley S mentioned in her review - the machines are constantly maintained and whether you like cardio or want to lift weights - you will be hard pressed to have to wait very long for anything. Have to go someplace afterwards - clean and spacious changing rooms are available for members. Healthtrax offers a myriad of options - from fitness classes to personal/group training sessions - to get your sweat on. Additionally (and a rarity I might add) this gym has a racquetball court and an all weather pool. Strangely it was the racquetball court that drew me in and since joining I have spent many evenings attempting to beat Mark C. Have kids and can't find a sitter - no problem. Childcare and children's activities are available so the whole family can go. Monthly membership prices are a bit higher than those $10/month gyms in the area but the quality is definitely better. Nobody likes to workout ALL the time - but it's nice that there is a place that makes it a bit easier when you walk through the doors.
