Dr. Salahi has worked with me to find the best treatment and sources for my needs without having to run all over town myself and being treated like dirt at the wally world or CVS clown stores. I was in the workers comp system when I was referred to Dr. Salahi after a failed back surgery and he was the 1st Dr. in 4 years that cared for me as an individual with compassion and empathy and worked diligently to find a solution for my chronic pain. He always takes his time with me and listens to me. People have asked me why I don't get a Dr. closer to home. My response... "I'll never find a Dr. as amazing as Dr. Salahi." I am more that happy to travel the 45 mins every 21 days knowing I am in the most capable hands and that my Dr. genuinely cares about me. By far the WORST doctor and over all medical office and care I have ever recieved in my life. The…read moredoctor is not only the biggest asshole I've ever met, he's BEYOND rude , condescending and I think bipolar. He gives me brand new information EVERY SINGLE VISIT, then claims he told me 5 times. I brought my 55 year old mother with me on my appointment to see if I was the crazy one. Von tovel (the sorry excuse for a doctor) walks in and without even saying hi or an introduction of any kind, starts berating me and my mom, who is also a life long nurse. She attempted to stop him and ask why he is talking so rude to us from the second he walked in, and he starts throwing several BS excuses against the wall. My mother was shocked how rude and unprofessional he was. And clearly making up new "information " on the top of his head as we went along with his BS. On top of extremely rude behavior and new information/excuses every visit, he was billing me procedures I NEVER HAD DONE. IF YOU'RE GOING TO SEE THIS CLOWN , CHECK WHAT YOUR SIGNING UPON CHECK IN. YOU'RE PROBABLY BEING BILLED FOR THINGS YOU'VE NEVER HAD DONE. I waited for 2 months to have a procedure, that I never got due to a DIFFERENT EXCUSE every time. But I was being billed for it each week that he had me going. I wouldn't see this sorry excuse of a human being, let alone clown of a doctor again if you paid me. And when I asked for copies of what he was billing me for, he refused. I have a right for copies of what I'm signing. The fella that calls himself a doctor only looked at how…read moremuch medication my husband took in the past and told him he could not write a script for that much. He flustered my husband who was fresh from his 4th surgery on his back. He assumed that my husband was an addict. He never even asked about the pain. He did how ever take a tongue depressor and broke it to a sharp point and proceeded to poke all the scars on his back. My husband could not flinch because he was in such pain from the "doctors" assessment. My husband was only trying to get established with pain management because of his chronic pain that will never go away. The "doctor" also said he was on pain meds too long and he was going to go through withdrawals. But he did not check when they were filled the last time which was 4 months ago. The Botox filled lips of the "pa" was in the room just to show her judgement. I suggest anyone who looks to be helped by these people you need to look elsewhere.

I needed to switch primary doctors as mine moved to another facility further away and I had been…read morewanting to go to a center closer to home anyway. While I was never a patient there, St.Vincent's has been phenomenal in taking care of my boyfriend and my Mother when they had issues. It never dawned on me that behind the hospital in the Joe Adams building they were seeing people for everyday care. I went in and the staff were so friendly, seeing that I was a new patient. I had requested they send me all the new patient paperwork in the mail so that I could fill it out ahead of time, especially the medical records transfer and they did this in a matter of days. I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called back. My new doctor, Dr. Katie Longo, might be slightly younger than me but she was so helpful an courteous. We reviewed all my old records and anything that may have come up since my last doctor's visit and she put everything in the system. She also informed me that I don't need certain exams as often as I had been going prior. I wish my old doctor had told me that. I could have saved myself unnecessary trips. I really like her and I love how it's so close to me now. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office to anyone.
