My daughter has been coming here for a while, but I have only been once. I had no issues with the student massage. The massage therapist I had was very friendly and skilled enough for a decent massage. No complaints. On the business side, the price was very reasonable for the massage I got. The staff were friendly. I asked a lot of questions about the training programs and the curriculum and they were open and willing to discuss the details. (I have no plans to become a massage therapist, but I was curious about the training involved) I would definitely go back again. I completely understand it's a student massage-so they're still learning; however, I would assume they would have some basic knowledge. Mine was kind. But I'm not sure what she was going for. After asking what I wanted focused on(I replied neck and shoulders), she barely touched those areas, and instead focused nearly the entire session on my calves and feet-toes primarily. After running her fingers in between my toes repeatedly, she proceeded to massage my ears to finish up my massage. Never even touched my arms/hands/shoulders. read more

Have gone to them for a couple of years. not perfect, they are students, but it was good. Very friendly staff. Got gift certif's for Christmas. had a couples massage for today and husband woke up throwing up. they want to charge $40 for our cancelling. will never go back to them again. read more

This place it amazing must try. They have water massage beds, cupping, and hot stones. They are students however you get a very fair price of $30 for a 1 hour massage when most 1 hour massages cost around $150. read more

The people are nice but the facility is a mess. Smells old like old smoke. There's also water marked all around the baseboards and ceilings. Smells like mold. The facility needs a good professional deep cleaning before taking clients. read more

The facility is nice. Staff & students super kind. The massage was horrible. The girl was sweet but when it comes to a massage I want a good massage by someone who is half way skilled over sweet I am a licensed massage therapist so though I am probably more aware than most, there was no way what she did counted as a massage. I also was shocked to find out she had only been in school a few months. Not near enough time to learn the basic muscles. Much less how to work the knots out. I was talked into buying a package so I am hoping when I return I will get a more skilled therapist. read more

Do not purchases packages. They will be too booked to schedule you. They will not extend the dates. Basically they will steal your money but you won't know in time to stop payment. More details: I purchased a second ten massage package shortly before they closed their Norman clinic but was told they would honor it in Edmond and it would never expire. I could never get in at Edmond and now they have decided not to honor them at all. I was shorted 12 massages, so I didn't even get to use the full first package nor any of the second. Even if you aren't in my situation you'll still never be able to get in ten times in a year. Avoid these shady owners like the plague. (The massage students were all delightful and I'm sorry they have been bamboozled into working for free for these folks.) Update: They later called me the clarify my "misunderstanding" and let me know I could pay them an extra $20 per massage to make up the difference between the package price and the regular price. They would not allow a two for one. They want me to give them another $240 for a service I already paid for and was told had no expiration since they had closed my location and had to drive an extra 45 minutes to Edmond. I've been going here for several years and was happy with the service received. However, I haven't been able to get in for a massage for months. I was put on a waitlist over 3 months ago and have never received a call. I finally called and booked a massage for this evening. I received a call this morning asking me to come in an hour and a half early, which was fine. Just received a call stating that the student. Was booked with won't be in. I have a package of massages that I purchased. This is the 7th or 8th such package I've purchased. However, I am not getting what I paid for this time around. Very disappointed!! read more

Pros: Massage students are above average in all respects, price is very reasonable with gift cards and bulk purchases. Location and rooms are above average. Cons: Customer service leaves much to be desired. The gift cards/bulk purchases are "all sales are final", and they choose when they expire. Both the person that schedules your massage and the one that you pay after a massage are very unpleasant to deal with. read more

The actual massages were usually good. The students work hard, but this place on the business side is a mess. More than once, I came I came to my appointment that they confirmed the day before, and they acted as if I was not supposed to be there. I was bought a 10 pack and on my first visit, I scheduled all of my sessions as I get a massage weekly. On the 3rd visit, I came in as scheduled and I was told they changed policies and all scheduled massages were cancelled, no notice to clients. The new rule was that you could only schedule 1 week ahead and the next appointment was over a month away. So, my massages became sporadic and policies seemed to be changed each time. On my last visit, I was told after my massage that I had cancelled 2 massages and there was a charge for doing so (I literally never cancelled, but they cancelled on me, after I had arrived more than once). He told me I had to pay. I argued for obvious reasons and refused to pay for something that was false. Management of this place is beyond unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I still get weekly massages, just at a reputable place. It's like they put in effort to lose business. read more

I took my son for a sinus massage . I asked for a 1/2 hour massage and was told I said an hour by a young receptionist. Very rude. Attitude. Disrespectful. I told her I said a half hour and left . I left my card with my son and ran some errands. Picked up my son and was charged for an hour! It's basically theft! I will never go back and nor can I recommend to my friends. Place is going downhill. Don't bother showing up early for your appointment because they will always make you wait 10-15 after your appt before they even come and get you. Then another 5-10 before hands touch body. Yet they are done on the dot at the scheduled time so you only get a 30 min. Massage. They raised their prices so you are getting less Massage for more money. In the waiting area I always see students hanging out, talking laughing like they have all the time in the world. They don't apologize or explain being late. As I wait, I hear other clients complain about the same thing. After massages you submit a review but so far I don't see any changes. read more

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage together for our anniversary here. I was a bit nervous due to some of the reviews I read, but I'm so glad that I decided to go. No I didn't hear people walking in the hallways. There was soft music that covered that. The massage therapists took their time during the massage, and made the experience even better. The place is a little hard to find. Nice area. Clean lobby. Friendly workers and students. My issues with this experience was the room had a stale smell to them as if ventilation was poor. The student that did my massage was average. I have had better. I also noticed that they go from one body area to the next without washing their hands. For instance, if you are going to massage certain areas like the feet or buttocks you must wash your hands before you proceed to the face or neck, etc. I don't think I would return to this establishment though the prices were very reasonable. read more
