And its even better as you enter the service area. During the service, they even check your scalp to make sure they provide the necessary care for your hair as well. Then after session, either they give you a blow out (which is an additional fee) or they blow dry your hair (for free). The staff were awesome and even gave me a wonderful surprise gift bag on my birthday! And if you wanna be a loyal customer apparently they have a membership. And even if you dont buy their membership they still give you a point card that gives you 10% off after your 3rd visit which is not bad. Shoutout to Aimee who made my first time a very relaxing and exceptional experience as well. Only caveat, there are add on services that unfortunately unavailable unless you have someone with you. Upon arrival I was offered tea, wine, water, or soda. I booked a 90 minute session which included a foot massage and 30 minute back massage. We started in a private room for the back massage and moved to a private area for a foot soak and foot massage. I was given a strapless robe to cover when moving to the different room. The foot massage included an eye mask and a head, neck and hand massage. Nice touch while my feet were soaking. The place is small but clean and welcoming. Nice ambiance with the mellow music. Couple of tips to know: - When making an appointment be very clear with the services you want and when you arrive make sure you double check the reservation. Somehow there was a misunderstanding from what I booked to what they wanted to charge me. Thankfully they corrected it in my favor. - Take your personal items when you move rooms. They do not lock up your belongings or lock the doors when you leave a room.

In addition, the water used during the hair wash was excessively hot, causing discomfort rather than relaxation. The massage room itself was also uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to fully enjoy the treatment. Unfortunately, the head massage was mediocre and did not meet expectations. To add to the disappointment, near the end of the treatment a hairbrush was provided that still contained hair from a previous customer, which was both unhygienic and unacceptable. She also returned home with soap still left in her hair, further reflecting a lack of care and attention during the service. There were also unnecessary issues and delays related to locating the gift card information, which further detracted from the overall experience.
