i have to share what a blessing integral therapy has been to me i have seen and am seeing paul for severe spinal stenosis that caused right side sciatica. within one session of treatment considerable pain reduction with pain preventative ways of moving. one month later i keep forgetting i had sciatica he has been a gift from god as he has great knowledge patience wisdom in solving my many problems. paul picked up immediately right knee, left hip range motion lacking, strength and balance weaknesses, and scar tissue challenges and so much connected to back problems. he has had much to deal with and has been my best physical therapist ever and i have had many(10). first visit was my story and his examination for my abilities and challenges. he immediately taught me how to get myself out of pain and how to move to prevent pain. at end of session gave me printouts for pt at home. my compliments to all staff, friendly and make you feel like family i am typing in caps as residual challenges from stroke. below is my story. april 2015 i had a stroke left side weakness still(spent almost month at northern colorado rehab, very helpful but not complete recovery, june 2015 full right knee replacement(had physical therapy at hospital,home and out patient at another location, february 2016 full left hip replacement physical therapy at home post op. 2016 back pain degenerative disk disease 12 and 13 thorasic disks and lumbar (started february 2014 after twist while speed walking.) doctor said i was getting old, recommended cortisone shots ( had for left hip pain first one was good lasted over a month, second one not as much relief and did not last long) december 2016 breast cancer surgery, january 2017, 1 lymph node removed from breast(praise god it was clean) , june 2017 colon muscle cancer (leiomyosarcoma ) surgery 1 foot of colon removed and 14 lymph nodes again praise god all clean.) october 2018 overdid something causing right side sciatica. i have always been active. dr prescribed 2 pain meds they do not work well for me, over the counter anti inflammatory, physical therapy and rheumatologist appointment. read more

Chris, Monica, and Jennifer are the most passionate physical therapists that I've ever been to. April 2016, I had my coccyx ( tailbone) removed. Without the help of this team, I may not have been able to heal properly. They understood the long road that I had ahead of me. For the next several months, all three from this team were there for me. I had major ups and downs. In February 2017, I fell on black ice and had tweaked my body good enough to not hurt my sacrum from the fall. Instead, I ended up falling on my arm and having two inches of my bicep cut off during open surgery. I have been with Intregal Physical Therapy since they have started the business. I am almost finished with my therapy since bicep surgery. I have to say.. when I finish, I will be tremendously thankful and happy that they were there for me and were willing to work with me however I felt. I've been to many physical therapy facilities in my life and have never encountered treatment like I did at Integral. The amount of time Chris spent simply examining my shoulder prior to starting any treatment was amazing. He explained everything in great detail and seemed to really enjoy educating me on the problem area. The benefits of the treatments kicked in within a few visits and even when I started to doubt if I would have 100% improvement, he reassured me I would and ultimately I did. When my daughter started experiencing knee pain, I didn't hesitate in taking her to see Chris. She began treatment for simple knee pain and soon after treatment began, starting feeling her knee pain ease in athletics it had been bothering her in. I've been a patient with Chris Edmundson for a knee problem and I was treated with so much understanding and compassion, more than I anticipated. I've been to the Firestone office twice now in 2 years and they have come through both times. This time I worked with Nina Carson, she provided excellent treatment. I also had a couple dry needle treatments for my neck and that was very effective as well. I came into their office 4 weeks ago feeling very depressed due to my vertigo and concussion but thanks to the excellent care and treatments I left this week feeling like a new Man.
