I do not consider myself a frequent flyer however, I had another great experience at UMMS Shore…read moreHealth @ Easton. I had an outpatient Cardiac Cath procedure scheduled yesterday, May 18th. From the moment we walked in, we were registered by a very personable, friendly and polite gentleman who entered my info into the system and was then taken to Pre-op. Once there, the nurses, a man and a woman were overwhelmingly wonderful, friendly, professional and just downright excellent caregivers. I was then taken into the Cath Lab and again, I could not have received better care from my Cardiologist, Dr Etherton, and his team. Both my husband and I would like to Thank You all from the bottom of our hearts for your care, your undivided attention to detail, professionalism, kind words and reassurance. It again is way too often you hear very quickly the bad reviews as those spread like wildfire but never get the recognition for the good. My last visit, I specifically sent a letter to the president praising the staff that took care of me and asked him to please convey my appreciation to the staff and later found out they never received those kudo's, hence my writing this letter in an open forum so that you "hopefully" will be awarded the recognition you are so deserving of. Thank You!!!!!! Sincerely, Joe Curley

The experience here is horrible Capital horrible the food is terrible. They give you what they want…read moreto give you. The attitudes are nasty. I would not recommend at all. This place has no access to help on the weekends so if you have a complaint you're out of luck. If you get sick do it on the weekday because you will not get sufficient help on the weekends. I would not recommend at all. This place is terrible. They need to reevaluate a lot of things in this facility. Again I would not recommend going here unless it's your last resort. Take that trip to Baltimore. Horrible experience horrible. And it's every time.

After all of the letdowns, I was very skeptical of "ear physical therapy" (aka vestibular therapy) but he really gave me my life back. And I'm not saying that lightly. Little to no sleep does a real wonder on the mind as well as the body and I was on a steep decline. I can't express my gratitude enough. And I felt heard. He took the time to talk to me first and listened to all of my concerns (and crying). I couldn't even get through the first day testing without an episode and subsequent freaking out, but he never made me feel bad about it. He worked with me exactly as I requested. I can't thank him enough. GREAT JOB BRIAN!!!
