However, after her sudden death within a day or so of hospital admission earlier this summer, my brother and I had some questions about her care in the last weeks of her life. The staff we spoke with appeared quite defensive and vague about her recent symptoms and treatment, as if fearing that we might pursue a lawsuit or something. They offered us NO words of condolence and essentially showed no sympathy. If anything, they tried to give us a guilt trip for not visiting often enough. We were handed a couple of garbage bags to remove her things from her room and then were left alone. Overall, my brother were disappointed and disgusted by the fact that we received no sympathy card from staff nor any flowers nor any other simple gestures of condolence--despite our paying the facility a few hundred thousand dollars for her stay! It's obvious to me that Integrace Bayleigh Chase (formerly William Hill Manor) is more centered on income and profits than care for its patients and their families. I had higher expectations, especially given the price point.

They formulated the best therapy plan that was specific to my particular needs. I especially appreciated that the therapy sessions were done on a one to one basis which made me feel confident that the therapists were familiar with my specific situation. The therapy was a little intense at times but the hard work really paid off. My quality of life is so much better thanks to the great staff at Aqua Care! I highly recommend this establishment.

When a loved one is making that first call it is not easy so if you cannot handle that then this position is not for you the one answering the phones. First impressions leave a lasting impression.
