BUYER BEWARE !! I…read morebought a walking pad on 11/4, took it home to realize it was sold without the power cord or the remote to use the pad. I went back on 11/10 ( I work a hybrid schedule so wasn't back in the area until then). I was told that I was not able to return the walking pad - one that requires an electric cord to plug into the wall & a remote to work it, because it was not considered an "electronic" and not a part of their return policy. The manager proceeded to be rude and get smart with me and asked me why I would purchase something when I didn't know if it had all of the parts, which I followed up and asked her why they would sell something on the floor without all of the parts to it. She responded with "that's how it gets donated." So are you going to 1 shoe instead of a match? Are you going to sell a movie without the DVD in it? They really tried to convince me that a walking pad, that needs electricity to work, and has motors, was not an electronic device because it was exercise equipment. I didn't buy dumbbells. Since they didn't want to give me a refund for my purchase, I left my receipt with the manager & went and "donated" the walking pad BACK to them. I can't use it. So if you see an Ancheer walking pad in the back, don't buy it.

When a very important project had to get done and fast, Postal Suites was my first stop. Upon my arrival & brief explanation of my needs, every assurance was given as to (a) no big deal (b) no special stress and © we've been to this rodeo before. Their confidence made me actually feel better about asking for the impossible in a short amount of time. Allow me to say Kate and Mark are consummate professionals. Allow me to also say I didn't get into college because of my academic prowess. Perhaps sensing this they didn't make me feel like a DOOFOUS when it could have been real easy. My project was completed on time, when promised, and with a certain creative genius. If you are smart, average, or below average this business seems to know how to work with you. They extend dignity and respect. Their attention to Customer Service is outstanding. As a retired IBMer and US Marine, my standards of excellence are high. Postal Suites stands alone as your best place to do business. Simple or complex, no other business model doing the same thing comes close.
