Shawna wrote a review to counter me, not just once but now twice. Her other review was removed. Now she is using false names and profiles. She is an employee of this office. This is against yelp policy...but then again they have never been good with interpreting and following policies.

Tyrice and his staff have always been friendly and professional, and so helpful. From hail damage to cars and a roof, to minor fender benders, my calls and claims have always been handled promptly, and they work to keep rates as low as possible. They take time to explain everything so, even if I don't always like the answer, I understand everything. I'm probably the most particular person on the planet, and expect excellent customer service. Tyrice, Shawna, and Roxana are the best!

I left detailed messages for insurance agents with multiple options in how to respond to my inquiry, including my immediate need for insurance, but no one returned my calls, so four days later I contacted this office. I was incredibly surprised totally thrilled at the speed in which their service representative, Jalah, responded to my inquiry! Not only was she fast, she was immediately able to provide me with a LOT of helpful information during our conversation to educate me about my options, but also get additional information for me, including costs, PROMPTLY. As a result, I'm became very well-informed and happy with the available options and cost, and so I purchased insurance from them with Jalah's expert service. Jalah was friendly, responsive to my needs, informative, professional, and most of all, patient with my seemingly never-ending questions and requests for explanations. Given my experience with her I highly recommend this office and insurance provider for their services. Jalah was fabulous and the insurance coverage I purchased is exactly what I needed AND at a very fair price! Kudos to Jalah's customer service and the perfect policy for me! It was a TOTAL PLEASURE to do business with such a highly competent person. Go there. They care. You'll be glad you did!

My late husband had Medicare supplemental policies through this agency. The agent came to our house, 20 miles away. Recently, my mortgage was sold and I received a notice from the new company saying I was out of compliance by not having hazard insurance. The notice is alarming, almost threatening, however, I knew all I needed to do was make a quick phone call to the agent and it would all be taken care of.

But after years of not listening when we called and raising our rates annually, and moving to a different city, and no longer needing the crazy wheelchair van rental insurace that only Western Reserve would even offer, we decided it was time to shop around. Mike accused my wife of being drunk when we finally chose another insurance company, verbally harassed her, lied about the policy, and tried to bully her into staying. He even had the gall to insinuate "If you're really a Christian you'd stay with us. We're a Christian company." We never once mentioned religion to him. I find that offensive to Christians and non Christians alike. Then he refused to cancel our policy stating that he only works for his clients which we aren't anymore. "We need you to have the agency send a signed cancel on both home and auto." Worst of all, I believe that he's an old school sexist who would never have said half of those things if he were talking to me instead of my wife. True colors shown, he comes off every bit as low as the classic sleezy used car salesman. Best off elsewhere.
