I also realized I wouldn't need a rack & pinion, because mine was actually fine. They agreed to exchange the shock with the broken sensor and return the rack & pinion, but NOT the roof rail molding with the scratches, because "I am breaking the package deal" Justin said. When I set up a test drive, they didn't send me to their dealership on Columbia blvd, they sent me an address to Speeds Towing, a half an hour out of my way. The car in the picture is really dirty. The interior is covered in dirt. The exterior is covered in dirt and blemishes. It's license plate light bracket is hanging down. They made literally zero effort to clean or test the car first. So much so that they haven't even taken it from the tow yard that they got it from. Oh, and they want me to take it to DEQ for them on my test drive. When I asked to verify that I had the right address, the person sent me 5 separate responses berating me. Avoid these clown at all cost. Oh, and it's illegal for a dealership sell a car at a location lot listed when applying for their dealers license, so they are definitely risking some hefty fines.
