Due to unforeseen consequences, I had to reschedule a few times, but Angel was very flexible and helped me schedule better dates that worked. Once I was finally able to settle on a date, a team of four (Carlos, Martin, Henry, and Luis) came on time and promptly set up coverings for all parts of the house so nothing would get dirtied. He was not pushy, just straight forward.i did some research and their price was fair for the quality of work they provide. They arrived early on Saturday, 8am and they were done at around 1230-1pm, they was no sign left behind of the area they used, you can see how they blocked the path to keep hazard nasty stuff on the way. got the free estimate from Jacky, he was thourough, did a video and took several pictures and showed them to me. from his sales talk, I thought when they come out to do the real job, I will get the before and after pictures and videos too. I went ahead with insulation labs. But After the job, I didnt get the pictures or videos. so I called them, then they told me the pictures are available upon request. They emailed me the pictures. I asked about videos, they said they dont have videos. It is not what I expected. I was expecting to get both before and after pictures and videos. Anyway, I think the sales person is good. but the people came out to do the real project was not as good. if I knew there is no pictures and videos at the very beginning, I can go to other insulation contractors, which are cheaper and also has good reviews. read more

From our first meeting with Jacky, the field rep who was brave enough to climb into our attic and assess the job, to the completion of installing much needed insulation 2 weeks ago, Insulation Labs provided consistently excellent services. The on-site manager was polite and professional, and answered all of our questions during the installation. His crew took care to protect the bedroom where access to the attic is located. Office personnel, especially Angel, were available and also professional. After comparing prices with other installers, Insulation Labs costs were fair and reasonable. Because if my experience with their leaving the gate open many times and ultimately leaving with the gate wide open when they completed the job, I am leaving this a 4 star review. ( I have four dogs and repeatedly asked them to shut the gate when not in use. Excellent job on the attic, fast and thorough. UPDATE Nov. 2019 I had an electrician in the attic installing lighting and a huge section 12" was chewed through. Called and spoke to Eran who reassured me the insulation is fire resistant. Our attic was in bad need of cleanup & new insulation. Over the past few years, our attic became the home of pigeons, rats, & a mama raccoon & kids... Started w/ a rats in attic. Found Titan Rodent Control. They did the rat-proofing. Had their sister company, Insulation Labs instsll nu insulation. They removed old insltn, more rat proofing, disinfectant sanitized the attic b4 nu insltn was installed. Also added a radiant barrier & a gable exhaust fan. All this work was done during the start of summer in the San Fernando Valley(hot). Project, not including Titans work, was completed in 1 day. + Next day I notice some white foam coming out of 1 of the air vents. So I called Insltn Labs back. Set up appt for the nxt day. They returned to the hse, chked the vent. Discovered the sealant foam had expanded into the vent. No biggie. Did some minor cleanup work, done deal. read more

We could not be more pleased with our overall experience with Insulation Labs. After having 3 companies provide quotes, we knew that Insulation Labs was going to be our choice. Jacky, the original estimator was on time, professional, answered all questions, and was very knowledgeable. They were not the "lowest" cost, but, after they completed the job, i can see why. They painstakingly put up plastic sheeting to seal off the rest of our house and their crew of 3 did a very thorough job and clean up after work was completed. They protected everything in the house and cleaned up so well you could not tell they had been there. I just had insulation installed in my house by Attic Insulation Labs and had an amazing experience! From start to finish the process was great and a breeze. Insulation Labs was the 4th and final contractor that I called to get an estimate. Oliver was out the next day and spent a couple hours going over the entire process. We discussed the different strengths of insulation and the difference between Batted and Blown In. He went over a quote and I told him I would get back to him after discussing the bid with my wife. The next day I emailed Oliver and said that we would accept his bid. Insulation Labs is very busy and the next appointment for installation was a week and a half away. That day us today. Erwin, Pastor and Mynor came on time and were all very professional. They walked me through the process step by step and went over everything. This is really excellent company, professional, and efficient. It is hard not to recommend them. You will get top quality work. However, I am pretty upset regarding a proposal I received for additional work following my initial project. That's how good they are - I am really pissed, and they still get four stars. I covered my 1000sq/ft attic in insulation for a project totaling $3k. Afterwards, there were still places that needed insulation which were not in the original proposal. The square footage is under 100sq/ft, and they sent me a new proposal totaling $1.5k. I cannot figure out why a small fraction of my attic space costs half as much as the entire original project. Very Very impressed!! Called them for a quote. Dor came over and thoroughly looked at my 1957 house with nasty 1970's insulation. I was given a very reasonable quote, so we decided to have it done. On the day, Brandon and his crew showed up at the house, he explained every step of what they were going to do. All the guys were super friendly, clean and cautious of my house. A path was sealed off so no dust was in the rest of the house. When Brandon and his guys left it was like a new attic. They removed all the old insulation, left over debris from 63 years of contractors, sealed every possible leak, rodent proofed and installed new insulation. I contacted insulation labs for a quote on cleaning my attic and reinsulating with bat. I quickly got an appointment for the date and time requested. Yahav was the representative that inspected my attic. He was on time and was prepared. He climbed into the attic, inspected it and took pictures. Once he was done, we sat at the table where he educated us on cellulose and bat options. He had an iPad and displayed pictures of our attic as he explained the work that would be performed. I would like to thank Sagi Lupstein for coming and giving me an estimate. He was very professional, very knowlegable. He was not pushy. I told him, I wanted to get my attic insulated in May. I got 5 estimates in April. I decided to go with Lab Insulations because of Sagi honesty. He showed me pictures of my attic. He spent a good time talking to me and his presentation was very good. Carlos Rodriguez and 2 other guys came and cleaned and vacum my whole attic. They are very hard working employees. Friendly, very responsible. Honest employees. It was so hot. I felt very sorry them. My 40+ year old ducts and zero insulation attic needed work. Rats, holes in ducts, and no insulation is no way to endure daily 100 degree temperatures. Eran's team removed asbestos, rat proofed the attic, put in non-asbestos ducts, and laid down pink insulation over a 3-day period. There was some minor ceiling cracks after the job, but Eran's handyman came a few days after the job and fixed that like it never happened. Now: the house is crispy cool and feels cleaner. There is is empirical evidence of cleanliness as the dust build up is far, far less than it had been. The suspicious dust build up was the reason I went for all this work in the first place. Eran is very professional and a expert in his field. He spent 30 mins on the phone with me explaining everything in detail. He prides himself in providing the highest customer service. We were getting a HVAC installed in the attic and I was planning on having R38 installed after the HVAC installation. Unfortunately, I realized the platform for the HVAC system would not have R38 under it after installation. Eran arranged for a guy to come out with 2 days notice to install R38 under the HVAC platform -That is customer service!!! A week after HVAC installation, Eran's crew: Fransisco and he's team installed R38 throughout my entire attic in 1 day. Fransisco applied plastic cover from ceiling to floor to avoid getting the house dirty -it worked great! Fransisco was very accommodating; you can tell customer service is very important to him. One of my new year's resolutions, yes it's been a while, was to have an attic cleaning service done at my house, get my crawl space and my attic rodent proofed, and new attic insulation installed. It was an ongoing thing I kept postponing till the recent crazy heat wave, sometimes I need a little push to get things done. Although the option exists, I didn't want to hire just any attic guys with a truck, I don't trust those and was looking for a licensed insulation contractor, an attic specialist who's detail oriented and will give a lot of care to my attic. I received Eran's information from a fellow Yelp Elite reviewer who have had his home done by them some time ago and was impressed with the their quality and the great customer service. I gave Eran a call and had a very good and informative conversation with him. I never got to meet him but just out of talking with him over the phone I can tell he is a nice guy, customer service oriented and very knowledgeable in his trade. The day After, I had Sam his foreman over to inspect the work and prepare a detailed quote. Sam was also very nice, informative and knowledgeable. I liked him a lot, he was very detailed on the scope of work and his quote was reasonable comparing to others. I hired them and had the service scheduled for about a week later. The day of the crawl space and attic works their crew arrived right on the scheduled time and started covering everything as I was promised. They did an absolutely stunning work on the dust barrier, the containment hallway they created was impressive and I felt a relief knowing my floors are protected and that no dust and dirt will get into the rest of my house. Since I'm a curious creature I decided to get up into the attic and inspect the work they were doing. I was offered a mask by one of the workers and was glad I took it, the cleaning process blows a lot of old blown insulation particles in the air, thank goodness for those great dust barriers they put in before starting the work. The attic cleanup was outstanding, their vacuum machine gets all the loose fill insulation all the way from the attic through a pipe and into a giant vacuum beg outside the house. Though the space in my attic is tight they were quite fast, it was impressive to watch. One of their guys did the rodent proofing, he found a few holes I didn't know exist and blocked them with a wire mesh and self expending pollyurethane foam. I did have a lot of rodent droppings on top and under my old attic insulation and was glad to see how thorough he was on finding and blocking those access points rats can use to get into my attic. After viewing their wonderful work I decided to take a long break and only went back up there when they got half way installing the new insulation. The type of insulation they offer is made by Ownes Corning, which after some research I was definitely in favor of, and I did opt for the R-38 fiberglass batts which was a bit more expensive but is a much better type of insulation than all other. From what I saw online it seemed like their insulation installation was done to the top standards. My entire attic floor was covered in a very organized fashion. When it was done it just looked great and made me feel good with my choice to hire them. In a matter of a fact, their entire service, from start to end, was impeccable and made me feel like a made the best choice for my house and my investment.
