As a courtesy, we proactively provided questions for his review in advance to ensure these topics were feasible to discuss. We were surprised to learn bluntly from him, during the outset of this call, that there is apparently a full set of rules, restrictions, constraints, etc. that must be met in meeting with any client for this 20 minute session. Further, his unpreparedness for this session - not calling us at set time, not even noticing our simple questions in advance, etc, is appalling and alarming. Beware! Avoid!

I should have known better than to trust "I'll have my associates work on it and they charge less but if I work on it I will charge my fees (300+)". The bill was almost 4k and I started crying because I didn't know how I was going to swing that. Then she sent a notice saying they would not submit my returns and would file for an extension if I didn't pay her invoice. I had every intention of paying and did on time. I asked for a breakdown of the costs for the price of doing my taxes, and she only wrote back "I saved you in taxes blah blah blah" but never gave me an explanation or breakdown of service fees. I still have no idea what her associates were charging hourly. Lesson learned. I will never do business with a firm that isn't clear about their charges for service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

We had a nice meeting with basic advice, and she stated it would be a couple of months before she had any numbers for me since she was currently working on quarterly taxes. We had a few email exchanges with Melissa over the next months and a phone call but never received any numbers. This year around March, my husband reached back out to them to do our yearly taxes. Melissa emailed us a few times answering some questions. For the past month, my husband and I have been uploading our tax documents into their platform without anyone from the office asking us penitent questions needed to complete our return. We still didn't know how much we were going to owe so we put our information into Turbotax to see an estimate and to make sure we were sending them everything they needed. A week before taxes were due, we asked them directly if they were going to have our taxes completed because we hadn't heard from anyone nor been asked anything about our different tax situations. We told them in the email that if they were unable to file in time, we could use Turbotax so we didn't receive a penalty but we wanted them to file them. I also told Elizabeth that it looked like we were going to owe a lot more than we expected next year because we failed to meet an exemption that we were unaware of before selling our home. I told her that I would have expected that to be something she told me during our first meeting because it makes a huge financial difference. Instead, of calling me to discuss the matter, Elizabeth sends us an email six days before taxes are due telling me that she is discontinuing our relationship because I questioned her integrity. She was also offended we had used Turbotax. The entire situation was unprofessional and immature.

Both, Sarahs' and Kerris' bios were quite impressive. The website was also very easy to navigate and overall, pleasing to the eye. During my searches, I noticed a lot of other companies that highlighted the founder, but creatively worded that one of their many "qualified" writers would we working with you. That didn't really sit well with me. It's almost like a bait and switch... So with that said, I liked that there are just two people at 7 Nightingales. You definitely get what you see, with no surprises... As much as I liked 7 Nightingales, their prices were just a little out of my comfort zone. I don't have a college degree and I'm in a job transition due to recently moving to South Carolina. So I just wasn't sure if it was worth me spending that kind of money on a resume service for the type of job I'm looking for. They did an extensive examination of the areas to clean, spot-treated all potential stains, and took several hours to do a comprehensive cleaning of all the carpeting. Their process takes several hours to dry, and the results are quite exceptional. The carpeting looks almost brand new as their process is highly lauded in the carpeting industry as the best method for cleaning carpeting and upholstery.

We started using AA+ in October 2025. Initially, the cleanings went well, but progressively…read moredeclined. Our first issue was timing of cleanings. Multiple times I asked for afternoon cleanings to adjust to my work schedule or my granddaughter's schedule. They struggled to schedule a time that was convenient for us. Many times they would come much earlier or much later than the scheduled time. That makes it very difficult when you have children that you need to take out of the house while it's being cleaned. Cleanings started becoming lackluster. For example, the shower would get sprayed with cleaner but not scrubbed so it actually looked dirtier after it was "cleaned." Most times we had to re-make our bed because they only put the top sheet on the bed but wouldn't tuck it in at the foot of the bed and corners. When we mentioned these things, we got apologies but the habits did not change. In May 2026 we got charged an extra $15 for a "porch clean" that we did not authorize. Not only did we get the extra charge, but when I went upstairs, I discovered that the entire upstairs had not been cleaned at all. They refunded the money. This is when we decided we would give one last chance. Then on the most recent visit July 2026, we came home to our back door unlocked and our fireplace on!!! 2 safety hazards!!! We were so upset. It was 96° outside that day, and the heat of the fireplace was adding to the work of the air conditioning trying to cool the house. But more importantly than that, we would never leave our fireplace on unattended!! This was the last straw for us. We could no longer trust that our home would be safe. We cancelled our service immediately.
