The guy could even teach about what he does. - Polite? Checked! Very important these days where social interactions are mostly virtual. - Up-Front? Checked! And THANK YOU for that. No time wasted by being honest and open with the client. Other appraisers would charge regardless without even telling. - Bilingual? Checked! What a surprise... At some point I had a question but couldn't formulate it properly. The guy totally surprised me speaking in French to make me feel comfortable. What a relief and meaningful connection there. Merci! Cons: The website is not encrypted with "https" yet so at the beginning I thought it may not be trust-worthy. But the person is a real pro. You may just want to call the phone number to book your appointment or copy paste the email address instead of filing directly the contact form on the website.

The curvature of the C is also a little bit off- which is my fault because I should have showed them a photo of the original. Overall, it was fine.
