The customer portal is almost impossible to use. I had to…read morecall customer support 2 times to make sure they weren't going to keep charging me after I paid off my loan early. Both times they said that the full payment would have been taken out even though I paid my loan off in full and I had to fight with them on that. I paid off my loan on November 16th 2024 but the credit bureau has not been updated since December 19th 2023. It has been saying 15% paid off since then and has been effecting my credit score.

On November 17, 2023, they called AGAIN stating that I still owed $12.42, Their online portal is virtually USELESS! It hasn't displayed the correct amount owed for the past 3 months. My payments have been made, but they consistently stated that I hadn't paid enough. I now have confirmation (again) that my account is paid in full, but I'm really just waiting for the next call. I will not pay another dime to this company and seek legal action if I get another call. I want them to send me a confirmation in writing that this has been paid in full... Still, I have received nothing mailed from them. NEVER BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was furious that companies are still doing predatory lending so I convinced her to go through her bank and within minutes she received a loan approval at a rate of 5.99%. I would never recommend a collateral loan to anyone and especially if you have good credit...and definitely if you have good to decent credit this is not the place to do business.
