I love my home. It's both my castle and my humble abode. But when my kitchen sink started overflowing with some funky gunk, all of sudden things weren't so grand. The plumbing in my place is pretty old so I need some honest help fixing things up. So... instaBELL to the rescue! The service was unbelievably fast but perhaps even more important, extremely honest. Fixing up your home is a lot like going to the mechanic... trust is everything. My pipes are now flowing good as new. While not urgent, Caccia and his crew also fixed a persistent leak in my garage. Total pros. I offered them beers but they politely refused so oh well... more for me. Convenient, fast, and honest. All you can ask for. read more

Insanely convenient and the absolute only way to find a same day home service. I have gotten a San Bruno plumber and a Menlo Park handyman from instaBELL. I am a property manager and work for lots of homeowners throughout the peninsula. There person I usually talk with is Ellie. She is smart, fast and friendly. The handyman was Fernando and the Plumber was Joey. Thanks instaBELL. I will definitely be using you guys again. For the place in Menlo. I needed sewer work done and a toilet replaced. The workmanship was fantastic and the prices were great too. For the handyman work that was located in San Bruno it was to help install backsplash tiles in the kitchen. The tiles were already purchased I just needed them installed and the handyman showed up provided a quote and did the work the same weekend. He was fast efficient and cleaned up after himself, I was very impressed. It is very obvious when connecting with in InstaBELL that the people really care about the experience, the customer service and the quality of workmanship. Huge kudos and two thumbs up to this local company. You guys are doing a great job and I will use you again. read more

Had a couple of guys come out to do some handyman work and overall did an ok job, but couldn't complete two tasks because they needed different hardware / materials and basically punted on those tasks. So, they came and did some basic tasks and charged a high rate and probably wouldn't have them back. At the end of the day, they were hired hands, but not particularly "handy" or solutions oriented. read more

Wow! Simplest service ever. You press a button, person answers, awesome pre-screened person shows up. I need a plumber, Caccia showed up. I checked them out on Yelp, too, they have a great reputation. Mo unclogged my toilet and stopped the drip in my kitchen, then suggested how to save water with a new drip system for my lawn. Definitely will use again. Go Instabell! read more

I called for service and the woman who answered said she will have her handyman call me back that evening or the following day. I didn't get any call back. After 2 days, I called again but got her voicemail. Left her a message to follow up because I never received a return call from the handyman whom she said would contact me. I never got a return call. I called again after a few days but unsuccessful because it goes straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional. Are you still in business? read more

Handyman was on time, professional and was able to fix my 3 Windows. They came on time, gave me an estimate and then came back later in the day to finish the work. Fair pricing and great customer service. I will use them again. read more

I installed the app requiring heating services for Sunday. I received a text from someone telling me on Friday that they would provide me the name and number of the company coming on Saturday. I waited all day but no text on Saturday. Then I myself followed up on Sunday and the company informed me that they couldn't find someone on a Sunday. Isn't that the purpose of this app?!? Very disappointed in the lack of follow up and will never ever use this site. Please stay away or message me if you want more info. read more

What a great experience! I had several small handyman jobs inside my work and at my house. The handyman was prompt & professional. Instabell is really great with customer service. They called me when the job was done to make sure everything went well. I have referred them to my friends already. If you are looking to do any type of home improvements be sure to give them a call. The turn around time from when i called to my projects being completely done was about 5 days. Thank you guys! read more

While visiting my elderly Aunt in the East Bay Area I determined her Hot Water Heater needed replacing. Normally I am the "Do it Your Self Guy", but just did not have the time, patience or even the confidence to tackle this job. A friend told me about "InstaBell Home Services" so I contacted Susan and she was so amazing at handling all the details. She sent out Caccia Plumbing and everything went as smooth as it could be. Her Service was A-1 and the estimate and price were reasonable too. If I could give Susan more Stars, I would! read more

Quick response time from Susan via yelp messaging! I just found out that they have an app which makes it convenient. I needed someone to do small repair jobs and it was so difficult to get anyone to respond. Glad I contacted Instabell; they sent over Shawn, a handyman. Now my door is fixed. Thank you Instabell for a great business. Will use you again in the future. read more

This is a great phone app referral service. I needed a tile guy after the plumber replaced the shower valve. Apparently looking for a tile guy is harder than I expected, no one answers the phone when you call! Couldn't live with plastic covering the walls in the shower, so I found this app from a friend and all I had to do was enter my info and someone called me and scheduled the appointment, they were prompt and clean. The tile looks great too! You guys rock. read more

I used Instabell for window cleaning of my two story townhouse. The crew did an AMAZING job and cleaned both inside and outside including the screens! The price was less than any other contractor who I called myself. Instabell is so easy to use and as a single mom/homeowner it is my go-to app whenever I need help with something. I'm in the process of building a walk-in closet and will definitely be using InstaBell again! read more

Denver came to our home to look at the problem with our toilet. He was helpful and answered any question we had. The floor underneath looked like there was a leak. He gave us a quote for pulling up the toilet and putting it back down. The quotes were unbelievable! $300.00 to take the toilet out and $300.00 more to put it down. read more

Called on Friday for appointment, given 10am on Tuesday, email confirmed. No show. Messaged office, left voicemail as well. When they finally called back, I was told the contractor would call right away. An hour later, I messaged the office and left another 2 voicemails. No response. First time trying this "service". --NOT!!! Never again... read more

This is second time I've used this service for my business. First was for a plumbing issue with my dock stump(sp?) pump (the pump that clears the water out of our dock area after it rains). I got two quotes within three days and the issue was resolved within a week for much less than I expected. This time I found some termite droppings in the warehouse. Within 45 minutes of sending in my request, I got text messages with confirmed quote appointments. We are a short-handed small business and this makes things so easy for me. I am so glad my friend told me about this service. read more

What a awesome experience with InstaBELL! Nothing like having a sewer back up in the middle of the night. I requested service through InstaBELL and they had Caccia Plumbing out first thing in the morning. Who are also a very professional company. With such efficient service i was still able to conduct my normal morning routine without this mess being a huge interruption. Very impressed with the service all around. Until next time InstaBELL!! read more

I had a house that needed a few different repairs: new flooring in the kitchen, replacing rain gutter system on the outside and installing a new toilet in one of the bathrooms. I put in the request for a quote into Instabell and they were quick to call me back and was able to get the contractors out to me within my tight schedule time frame! They made this so simple! Instead of having to call around to 3 different contractors, I just described what I needed at one place and they made it all happen. All the contractors came on time and were efficient and professional. I'll definitely be using Instabell for all my other handyman and contractor needs. read more
