I am the luckiest person on the planet to have met Fred! I was visiting Montreal from out of the…read morecountry and had rented a minivan from the airport. A couple of days before flying out, I sideswiped a hinged barrier on the highway, creating a superficial yet long (5+ meters) scrape from fender to fender on the rental van. Knowing that returning the van with that scrape would be an ongoing insurance nightmare, I took a chance and blindly called Fred, finding his number on iPhone maps. I explained my dilemma, and he immediately put my mind at ease. He took in the van the next day and worked on it while I walked to coffee at the neighboring mall. Less than 2 hours later, he called saying to come back. To my amazement, he'd completely buffed out the scrape and the van was absolutely pristine inside and out. What's more, the price he charged me was unbelievably reasonable. The icing on the cake is that Fred is an absolute gentleman. If I lived in Montreal, I would bring my car there all the time, not only because he provides such a good service but to get to see Fred!

Jarrod answered and said he would actually be in the downtown area within a few hours and he could stop by prior to his current appointment. Jarrod was right on time and did exactly what I needed and asked him to do, taking care of the issues I wanted and not trying to upsell me on anything else. He was extremely professional and did exactly what he said he would do. I now trust him because he also told me things that were not going to be worth trying, and didn't try to waste any time. I brought the bike in and spoke to Jose. He saw me right away and used a series of magical creams and whirling pads to buff out almost all of the hideous scratches my ineptitude managed to produce.
