After doing some internet searches I found Jarrod's business advertised as a mobile detailing service that can come to you, and open 7 days a week! I crossed my fingers and made the phone call. Jarrod answered and said he would actually be in the downtown area within a few hours and he could stop by prior to his current appointment. Jarrod was right on time and did exactly what I needed and asked him to do, taking care of the issues I wanted and not trying to upsell me on anything else. He was extremely professional and did exactly what he said he would do. I now trust him because he also told me things that were not going to be worth trying, and didn't try to waste any time. I brought the bike in and spoke to Jose. He saw me right away and used a series of magical creams and whirling pads to buff out almost all of the hideous scratches my ineptitude managed to produce.
