I brought my car in for some minor scratches that I was nonetheless concerned could rust. I also wanted to have the car rust-proofed. In passing, I told the manager, George, that he could go ahead and fix any minor scratches that he thought would be worthwhile, as long as the cost overruns were kept to a minimum. The guys kept my car longer than initially scheduled and the entire process cost a few extra hundred bucks, but when I got my car back it looked brand new. We are talking a 6 year Honda that has criss-crossed the entire continent. They made it look absolutely brand new. For an absolutely pittance, I got a brand new car. Bottom line here is that if you are looking for a fast and dirty service, go somewhere else. But if you want the job to be well done, thorough, and professional, than come to Park Lane Auto Body. Long: My insurance company sent me to Fix Auto as it was one of their preferred garages. Fix Auto didn't do the best job on some simple body work repairs (dent in the fender and broken bumper). When I got my car back I noticed drips in the clear coat, a new bumper with paint over the excess flash (excess plastic from molding of bumper that should have been trimmed before paint), damage to the new bumper before I even picked up my car, and support parts broken/missing from behind the bumper! They finally returned my calls to resolve the issues. After my first visit I was disappointed. Update: after the revisit to address my issues with the repairs and paint, the car looks great and this is the quality of work I was expecting in the first place. All in all I'm satisfied with the repairs done after the second visit. Ils ont finalement retourné mes appels pour résoudre les problèmes .   Après ma première visite, j'ai été déçu . Mise à jour : après le revisite à adresser mes questions à la réparation et de la peinture , la voiture ressemble beaucoup et c'est la qualité du travail que je m'attendais en premier lieu . Dans l'ensemble, je suis satisfait des réparations effectuées après la deuxième visite . Juste décevant j'ai dû leur courir après pour faire le travail comme il aurait dû le faire au début.

They will try to convince you that your car has many difference issues that need to be fixed "now", not letting you to see your own car while doing the inspection, then they come with a ridicules bills to pay with a very unprofessional attitude. This is not just my own words; my friend visited the same auto shop in the past and encounter with the same situation. With the list of the problems and issues that they suggested that my car had and offering to fix with an unbelievable price tag, I visited the Canadian Tire for the second opinion and indeed they verified that the most issues were told by the Monsieur Muffler, were unfounded and some other issues were very minimal that can be fixed with very fair low cost. None of the major parts, that Monsieur Muffler repair shop asked me to change, needed to be changed. Indeed, the Canadian Tire allowed me to see those parts under the car by myself and they showed me that there were no defect or problems with those specific parts that "Mr. Muffler" suggested that needed to be changed. The week after, I visited Monsieur Muffler and I talked to the manager. He didn't even want to listen to me and trying to avoid the conversation, rather he was very rude with an unprofessional attitude.
