I brought my car in for some minor scratches that I was nonetheless concerned could rust. I also wanted to have the car rust-proofed. In passing, I told the manager, George, that he could go ahead and fix any minor scratches that he thought would be worthwhile, as long as the cost overruns were kept to a minimum. The guys kept my car longer than initially scheduled and the entire process cost a few extra hundred bucks, but when I got my car back it looked brand new. We are talking a 6 year Honda that has criss-crossed the entire continent. They made it look absolutely brand new. For an absolutely pittance, I got a brand new car. Bottom line here is that if you are looking for a fast and dirty service, go somewhere else. But if you want the job to be well done, thorough, and professional, than come to Park Lane Auto Body. I still cannot believe how my car looks. Great job guys! Marko

I had an accident , which unfortunately was towed to this location. They brought my car to their…read moreshop, which was very dirty and unclean. They asked me to sign a form for their towing. I left, and called my insurance company to make my claim. My insurance company offered me a garage that specializes in high end vehicles, so I accepted. I then called Mr. Richard from their shop, and told him I want to have my vehicle towed to a high end shop for my luxury vehicle. He rufused, and told me that I signed a work order and I have no choice but to have my vehicle repaired at his place. He told me there would be a 15% penalty if I cancelled the contract! Please do not sign anything here before speaking to your insurance company. They are not about customer service here. They are about making you sign contracts and confining you to their shop. See the shop for yourself . It's dirty, they are rude, and they do not put the customer first. They are about tricking people into signing documents and getting money from your insurance company. I learned my lesson. Never again at this garage broche a foin!
