The result was mediocre at least. Lots of places were missed and you can see dirt in many areas on the car they said your car is ready! So you take a towel and start cleaning those areas while they are watching, well if I wanted to do that I would have washed the car in my garage. The reason I went to a hand carwash is so I can get the car cleaner than what I could do in my garage. Something needs to be improved maybe training or quality assurance should be introduced.
