I like that they washed under the car to remove salt. They were meticulous hand washing the exterior. Maybe only one car behind me have them this leisure and attention to detail, but it was thorough. I had a ton of things in trunk, but they carefully set aside and were just as detail oriented with the interior. It's the first time I've seen a woman on a car wash team - and she covered smaller details that usually get overlooked - like around the rubber door seals, under handles and the wipers. I also appreciated that I didn't have to ask them to lift the back seats that were down. I'll definitely be back! :)

I'd rather pay $25/wash and be satisfied with a good car wash than to pay less and have my car slightly still dirty. Inside is a water jet & swishy cloths that buff the car. I brought my car in for some minor scratches that I was nonetheless concerned could rust. I also wanted to have the car rust-proofed. In passing, I told the manager, George, that he could go ahead and fix any minor scratches that he thought would be worthwhile, as long as the cost overruns were kept to a minimum. The guys kept my car longer than initially scheduled and the entire process cost a few extra hundred bucks, but when I got my car back it looked brand new. We are talking a 6 year Honda that has criss-crossed the entire continent. They made it look absolutely brand new. For an absolutely pittance, I got a brand new car. Bottom line here is that if you are looking for a fast and dirty service, go somewhere else. But if you want the job to be well done, thorough, and professional, than come to Park Lane Auto Body. I still cannot believe how my car looks. Great job guys! Marko
