However I do agree that I've moved from dentist to the next with my insurance and every single one in the state of Maryland does great work, but also attempts to scam me out of more money; usually they "find" a cavity or infection in a false tooth, or tell me I "need" more cleanings than my insurance will allow. Maryland is generally shady, just pick your poison guys. Personally I would only trust Asian dentists, at least they're careful and do great work and are easy to deal with. While Ulery isn't great either, it's your best option around.

From the appointment making process, to them reaching out on a Saturday to reschedule due to an emergency. I could tell this place was professional from top to bottom. I met Dr. Bonebreak and was blown away by not only his professionalism but how comfortable he made me feel. I am also very observant, this man has manners. I am big on always saying thank you to those around you! I noticed he always thanks his staff and is professional with them but you can tell he is kind. The young lady who assisted me with my Invisalign today was very knowledgeable, I was nervous about getting them. A little more so when I realized I had to wear them on the bottom and the top to fix the lowers. She put all that to rest for me. Walked me through maintaining them, and answered my 56 questions. I also noticed how thorough Dr. Bonebreak was with his notes on my teeth. Dr. Bonebreak wrote so much to ensure he was giving the best possible service. This makes me happy since I am spending a little over 6k to essentially make my teeth perfect. I wish this was place I had taken my daughter to, but shoulda , coulda, woulda :( I can't say enough great things about this place ! Professionalism goes such a long way. DON'T GO HERE! I mean that with all sincerity. I am a veteran and I was sent here by the VA. I…read morehave never been made to feel like a number when getting care in the community. However, this experience was so bad that I remain traumatized by the disregard for my concerns and anxiety in relation to dental care or the pain I experienced while receiving care. The dentist did not follow his own plan of care and told me that if I was that sensitive, then I needed to go to a dentist that specializes in sedation or take something for anxiety prior to going to his office. When I attempted to schedule an appointment according to my referral and the dentist's plan of care - I was informed by a very rude receptionist that the dentist had instructed her not to make any more appointments for me at this time. When I was in the chair, it felt as though the dentist was rushing through the procedure. Cement was left on my tooth and it was left gritty due to the dentist handing off finishing the procedure to his assistance whom were not qualified for the tasks in which they were being asked to perform. If you are looking to have more than one thing done at a time, then this is definitely NOT the dental office for you. He will make you wait weeks to finish a procedure and have you come back multiple times due to his scheduling cadence. The receptionist is just plain rude and has no problem attempting to confront and correct a patient. She will make you so frustrated that you just want to curse her out. (I didn't though.) The assistant could not even speak English, but tried to sell me a $70 toothbrush which she swore was essential for my care and a water pick. I know there is not supposed to be that much bleeding with a routine cleaning. The assistant did not wear gloves when setting up the equipment and I am worried about their infection control practices. I am readily concerned also at the fact that Dr. Meah found two additional cavities that the dentist which referred me did not see. Please - don't even take your dead dog to this clinic.

They are helpful and kind, seems like a great place to work. The dentist is wonderful, I have never walked out of a dentist office satisfied with my experience until switching to Columbia Prime Dental.
