Before I chose to see a career coach, I felt uncertain about my career direction and I felt like I…read morejust didn't fit in at my workplace. I kept applying to the same types of jobs because I didn't know what else I could do. The coaching I received helped me to figure out the type of work that would really suit me. It made me realize how marketable I really was and that I do have plenty of options (that I didn't know about before). I learnt how to talk to employers about my strengths. Now after the coaching, I really feel really confident in interviews. One thing I did not expect (but looking back, I am very grateful for) was learning some easy and manageable ways to deal with stress when things got rough in my workplace. In fact, it was only when I lowered my own stress about work, that things began to get clearer about my future and what I needed to do to succeed. Looking back, I'm not sure how far I could have gone if I hadn't done it this way. The coaching at Careers by Design was highly effective and I recommend them to anyone struggling with a career problem. I checked out various companies before deciding to try out Careers by Design. I'm so glad that I chose them because they gave me personal attention and really cared about my success. It was one of the best decisions I have made for my career!

The type of person in this field really does make a difference because it has to be someone you are comfortable opening up to and they have to be respectful and down to earth as well- she is all of those things. She tailors our sessions accordingly to my needs and wants which I really appreciate because then I am more invested in helping myself as well. I have noticed that our sessions dealing with my past issues with others have resolved in the sense that I no longer carry those problems in my mind and I am getting along better with these people now. I find I can "shake things off" faster with some people and I really credit this to my work with Fabiola. I was skeptical at first with hypnosis but I am really thankful that I tried it. She is wonderful!

But it was much more than the fact that her reading was super accurate. it was that she helped give me a bigger picture of myself, with a wider/deeper scope, and that was very healing and reassuring for me! It significantly boosted my confidence about my own inner sense of things, I was surprised to feel that way after the session. it gave me a lot more than I imagined it would. She is very affordable and provides a massive value, especially due to the materials she provides after the session: a recording of the session with her notes. Being able to see the recording has ended up being very meaningful to me, for a bunch of reasons. I feel lighter and more confident now about listening to myself.
