Ana's great compassion allowed me to surrender completely to my own genuine process of self-discovery and healing. Thanks to her skills and seemingly neverending kindness and patience, I have been able to heal little by little. I can now see that I required extreme care which luckily I was able to get when I entered therapy with Ana. Her approach was sometimes simple but powerful and I was able to untangle my internal chaos and I learned to live peacefully with myself. With Ana, I was able to come into my body and feel sane, pure, dignified and clean, not just through words but truly and really, from within my body. One of my greatest successes was being able to go back to swimming in a pool. Before starting therapy, I would be terrified of being in a pool and become easily dissociated due to trauma experienced there. I moved to Scarborough two months ago and needed reiki after the move from hell. Her clinic is just around the corner from me so I made an appointment. The clinic is so welcoming, clean, professional and she has a crystal mat! I was able to relax immediately. The energy of the space and her calm hypnotic voice put me in complete calmness.
