It was a fine experience, and I was given ibuprofen 800 to deal with. After the ibuprofen went out, i called to request another refill on my medication (8 days after surgery) as i was still in pain. The front desk and "office manager" who should be fired, informed me I had to make the drive in to receive another ibuprofen 800 prescription because "there must be seriously something wrong" I thought this was insane, but alas, did what was required. When I got there, I was told I shouldn't have had to come, things were healing normal, the pain level was understood and given another prescription (again, JUST FOR IBUPROFEN). I left. Fast forward, I cracked my tooth and needed to get it fixed as I was in a bit of pain. I called at 10 AM. To let them know/make an appointment and told them I was allergic to local anesthesia (I had also told them when I got my wisdom teeth removed). They said that was fine, they would accommodate. I get there at 1 PM. and remind the front desk staff. They said they understood and continued to give me my X-rays. After an hour and 10 minutes sitting alone in the back room, they came in to inform me that they were ready to numb me. I informed them, for the fourth time, that this wasn't applicable and I needed another route. Their office manager, again, who should be fired, came in to tell me I was lying and I never informed them of these barriers I had. I then requested my mothers presence as she was there both times this conversation happened. I let them know I needed to calm down and meet my mother outside and discussed my fear/reservations. The awful office manager then came outside where I was sitting with my mom to let me know they would not be seeing me and I needed to go elsewhere and collect my belongings from inside. My mother did so, and spoke to both dentists inside when grabbing my things and saying she was sorry that they wouldn't help me. They both said that wasn't true, they would, I just needed to calm down and come back inside to go over treatment plan. After 20 minutes my mom went back inside to let them know we were ready, and they then turned us away because they didn't have time for the procedure. Long story short: "our staff did not communicate properly to meet your needs, our office manager yelled at you, called you a liar and lied to your face. But nonetheless, this isn't our fault, we can see you Monday!" I will never recommend this dentist to another living being. If you want to spend thousands of dollars for less than subpar medical care and laughable customer service, by all means! Otherwise, I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else. A word of advice to the company: get a new office manager and train your staff to give decent customer service. This was an incredibly awful, time consuming and painful experience. EDIT: I left this review at 3:30 P.M. on Friday. At 4:20 and 4:34 P.M. Friday, the doctor of this established called not me, but my MOTHER to complain about this review. You do not have time to fix and follow through with your care plan, but you have time to harass my parents over a poor review of your services?

When I scheduled, I clearly stated that we only wanted regular cleanings and was told that could be done at our 8 a.m. appointment, with instructions to arrive at 7:45. We arrived early and waited until 8 a.m. before anyone greeted us. The visit started off well the hygienist took x-rays, blood pressure, and saliva tests, which made it seem like they genuinely cared about our health. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. After nearly an hour, we still hadn't received a cleaning. Instead, the dentist told me I needed a deep cleaning and crowns. I explained that I'd review those options later but just wanted the standard cleaning I came for, especially since my previous dentist said crowns might be needed eventually but not anytime soon. The office manager, Andrew, then came in to review treatment plans and coverage, but the conversation felt more like a sales pitch. Despite me repeating that I only wanted a basic cleaning, he continued to push the deep cleaning and crowns, ending with, "Okay, we'll just need a signature." At that point, it felt dishonest and pushy. We left without getting a cleaning and won't be returning. Patients should be told upfront if the first appointment is only a consultation and not an actual cleaning and be allowed to decide for themselves if they want additional procedures. She purposely pulled My husband's two teeth instead of one, and gave him an estimate before completing work she never did. She even purposely pulled out even an extra tooth and gave him a price including two implants just to max out his credit line. She then turned around weeks later and said it never included the two implants even though she stated everything was included in the estimate and she pulled another tooth on purpose with no permission. She is now going to be reported to the state and all county and state ethics committees, the Dentistry Boards, and being sued for pain, suffering, and illegal practices and scamming patients for unnecessary dental work without their consent and never completed to complete fraud! She is about to loose everything for being a liar, fraud, and scammer. Not to mention fraudulent business practices and being the most untrustworthy and unethical dentist in Fort Bend County, Texas. I know she will get this and if she does she better get ready to lose her Dentist license to ever practice again. #yourefundorfixthis as promised or get ready to lose everything from being sued for pain and suffering, theft of services, and will be paying all attorney fees a lost wages. Cross Creek was assigned as my preferred dentist by my network, and I am SO GLAD THEY WERE! I have extreme dental anxiety after some previous experiences in other dental offices and a traumatic dental accident a few years back. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so cared for! The front staff was extremely kind and quick. I waited under 5 minutes for my appointment time -- I felt they were so efficient at every step. The dental assistant who took my x-rays and performed my cleaning was equally as kind. I expressed my concerns with my dental anxiety and let her know I was in tears and on the verge of a panic attack. She did not make feel embarrassed whatsoever. She was extremely calm and accommodating and made me feel very seen and cared for during my panic. She offered to go slower or stopped if needed and made sure to check in throughout to ensure I was ok. I wish I remembered her name because I was so grateful for her ease and calming presence in that moment (other dental offices can be very passive and almost annoyed at this). The cleaning was quick and once I met with the dentist, I had already had a phenomenal experience. The dentist gave me a thorough check and was very communicative the whole way through. He was also calm and collected! I appreciated this visit so much and I plan to continue coming here!!

The staff were very friendly, fun, the office was super clean, updated and even had TVs in the ceiling for you to watch while lying down. Although they couldn't retract my tooth there, they set me up by referring me to another location to get the work done. I was a little nervous about how much longer I'd have to wait but I lucked out and was able to set it up for the same day. I was thrilled it all worked out the way it did and quickly took care of my issue.
