I showed the stylist a reference photo and expected soft natural highlights, but the final result was completely different. After the appointment I tried multiple times to resolve the issue. I sent messages, called the salon, and even went back in person. Each time I was told the manager was not there and that they would call me back. I was repeatedly told they would contact me, but they never did. I was completely ignored and the issue was never addressed. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.
