I had good-sized scars all over my body (especially legs and back) from playing many years of school sports and having many pre-cancerous spots removed by dermatologists. One spot on my back looked and felt like a hole from where a horrible dermatologist removed too much muscle tissue (my new derm. confirmed it was a horrible minor surgery job). After several Micropen treatments, it is almost FLAT. My other scars are minimal or nonexistent now. We also used the pen on my hip and thigh stretch marks that had been there for 15+ years. Those are also minimal or gone after a few treatments. I'm so happy to know the results are forever because the pen helps natural collagen fill in the work needed as opposed to artificial injections. I live in Dallas now, but still visit at least twice a year for pen treatments. Lastly, we treated a few spider veins on my legs that were completely gone in two visits.
