You want details??? Here they are!!! I was treated here for several years for acne (all throughout high school and college). I only saw the PA, Ashley, who was great! I never met Dr. Alexander though, which is weird because he was co-signing all of the charts as if he saw me everytime. The first time I went to the med spa, I got a facial, and she did a very poor job. She even missed a few of the areas I asked her to target. The second time I went was for a Fraxel consultation. They told me my skin needed to be "more clear" but neglected to tell me HOW to get my skin clearer nor give me any resources to do such. Regardless, I started on spironolactone and got my skin as clear as it's ever been. I had to wait 6 months to be re-evaluated (was out of country), but when I finally went in, they told me there were still "signs of inflammation" (acne marks, which is exactly what I'm trying to get rid of??), so they refused to consider fraxel, and then they proceeded to cancel my microneedling with RF that was scheduled for that day. I even offered to sign something saying I wouldn't sue if something happened, but they refused. I was SO disappointed because I had been looking forward to this for MONTHS. It gets worse though. I had Botox scheduled right after, and guess what? Someone made a mistake and booked someone else during what was supposed to be my appointment. They were trying to fix it and find me a new time, but I just left and never went back (and I never will). And guess what? I went to another med spa, and they did microneedling with RF THE VERY NEXT DAY - no issues at all with it. I was even cleared by their dermatologist for it right before. She did an AWESOME job. My skin looks great, all of the "inflammation" and mild acne they pointed out was eradicated by that laser. Let's see if they try to remove this one

The reason why i gave them one stars because of their staffs, staffs are very nice and quick…read moreresponsive to question or concern other than that Dr. Mitchell should receive 0 star and should change his practice to something else other than cosmetic. He performed my liposuction back in May and he did not performed the flank fold area like we agreed during consultation which still look the same after 6 months post treatment. I had to wear the compression garment 24hr a day/everyday for 3 months straight and when i come back for another consultation they have a new doctor. It was confirm by their new Doctor which is Dr. Blatchford that Dr. Mitchell did not perform the flank fold area which you can see in these images below and if i want to get the area retreat i have to pay another $4,000 because they have a newer machine and technique that Dr. Blatchford brought into the office. Or if i want to get it retreat by Dr. Mitchell i will have to come to OKC because he is relocated, other than that there is nothing they can do about it. Please be aware of Belle Medical because it's not a guarantee that you will lose your fat or will get the area you want to be treated and do your search about your cosmetic surgoen. Dr. Mitchell was on probation in 2021 because he was under influenced of drugs while caring for patients and had been reported to the oklahoma medical stare board. I wish i would of done enough research before throwing $4000 out of the window like this. And beware of those 5 star comments because they like to exchange free procedure for a 5 star review!.

I cannot believe I trusted him with my fat transfer that was such a waste of money and a complete disaster on my end! I was told I would get the fat removed from my back and arms as well as my arm fat removed and tightened. I was excited about the procedure until I was laying on the table during the procedure wide awake with nothing besides a xanax to ease the pain of liposuction being done on my back an arms which was ridiculous to start off since I should of been given something to knock me out at least more than a lousy xanax becuz I felt everything that was done the entire time I was in excruciating pain and was in total shock becus I was told I would be in no pain an it would be a non invasive surgery which was a complete lie considering I could barely even move without feeling so much pain for at least a week straight I literally was miserable and couldn't sleep for three nights straight from how much pain I was in! it was a total nightmare to say the least! the doctor was so unprofessional as he took at least four breaks during my procedure so he could call his wife about her dog that had ran away that morning and had to send her flowers as well which was done during that same time. I was in complete shock when he acted like my surgery was no big deal the entire time! the staff literally couldn't even get blood from my vein an four different girls tried an failed as well as the doctor but only ended up getting maybe a single syringe of blood an gave up, so the fat they got obviously died since it didn't have the correct amount of blood to keep it alive but that was also no big deal and was ignored also as they paid no mind to the matter! I am totally disturbed and depressed at how the results turned out! my back an arms look so much worse than they did before the surgery and now I have the ugliest rolls on both arms and back now that I never had before. now I look like a fat ass with huge fat rolls that are in the strangest places on my back and to top it off my ass looks no different than before but I now have huge lumps on my upper arms and extra fat rolls on my lower back now that makes me look ridiculous in shirts that show my back! It sucks so bad paying 10000 dollars just so I can look an feel 10 times worse than I did before ever going to belle medical! The real MVP is Erica Laley. Seriously, if your brows need some TLC, this woman is magic. Erica completely transformed my look and I'm obsessed with the results. She's incredibly talented, and she makes the whole experience so comfortable and relaxed -- even for someone with awful social anxiety! One small thing: the front desk could be a tad friendlier. It was my first time, and I had a couple of questions nor knew where to wait or where to go, and the receptionist seemed a bit impatient. It came off as rude and made me feel like I should have known those things despite it being my first time there. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.
