    Puddle on floor

There's a 3-day MLK Volleyball Tournament here starting today. There's NO ONE cleaning the bathrooms. No paper towels. Bathrooms are FILTHY AND SMELLY!!!!!!!!! They charge $10 for parking and $8/adults for entry!!!!! They should have workers cleaning the facilities. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! No wonder everyone's getting sick!!! SO SO SO GROSS!!!!!! Day 2 of tournament - NO ONE cleaned before tournament began this morning. Trash is overflowing from yesterday and there's a puddle on the floor so they put a towel down.

Every single time im here for my son to play ball , I am unimpressed. For how expensive it is youd think they would maintain the place. Maybe turn in one of the cyber trucks and take care of the business. Girls bathroom doors dont lock, its hot, chairs broken or not enough seating and then tonight....check the photo out ! No paper towels or supplies in either snack shack restroom either.

I want to like this place but I feel that if I pay $20 per person per day to watch my own child play basketball I should at least have a place to seat. I had to sit on the ground after paying. At one point a player fell from adjacent court and hit my daughter's back who was sitting in the floor next to me. I think planning for those tournaments capacity could improve. The courts are nice.

Paid $20 for parking at this location during a volleyball tournament. 1st day entrance is blocked off so you have to pay $20 to park, asked attendant can we park straight ahead, "yes". No issues, 2nd day we have to be here again same thing paid and noticed one space available in same area, so we park again. We almost got towed!!! How do you block off an entrance, charge parking and not say just don't park in these spots or you will be towed. The whole point of paying was to prevent parking in the other business areas and getting towed. I'm sure the business nextdoor gets a kickback for getting cars towed and Inspire needs to do better. Also their own website has the area in green as a place to park!!

No coolers allowed. Just come in and die of heat exhaustion.

Ugh...the heat in this establishment is only compounded by a bunch of sweating athletes and no air conditioning. To say that it is miserable in the summer here at Inspire is an understatement! To think I paid a $10/person entry fee to get in as well as a tournament fee for our team to play here?! I was not prepared for this kind of heat today. I mean we live in the desert, I guess I just expect everyone to keep the air conditioning running in this kind of heat! Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE the fact that we have a tournament gym with multiple courts in our area! I'll probably even sweat it out again for another tournament this month - but HAVE MERCY ON THESE ATHLETES AMD THEIR FAMILIES PLEASE!!! I'm thinking we should start a Go Fund Me to get them a few air-conditioning units. Not joking. This could be a five-star joint...

Every Saturday we are waisting hours because they are trying to cram every game at one venue. Today the game was supposed to start at 150 and we show up to find out they are 2 hours behind. Our undefeated team was denied the opportunity to play in the championship that they earned because their only recourse for very serious allegations against another team was to say that we would not play them again but still allowed them to compete, place them in the same bracket as us and essentially force the two teams to be the ones supposed to face off in the same championship bracket. And then calling it a "tie" because the other team refuses to play ours, even though we have said multiple times that we would be happy to play them. They are also refusing to provide a refund for the championship game that we paid for with our registration. I would not spend any money to support this league nor would I trust them with my children after seeing the unsportsmanlike and unsafe behavior that they have supported all season. **The OWNER is now leaving false and defamatory responses to accurate and appropriate online reviews against his organization. I would keep my children very very far away from this league and the people running it**

Been there several times since it opened 2 weeks ago…read more I have experienced nothing but friendly people. They just opened at the beginning of the month...so the few glitches in the system is not a surprise. They are adding classes all the time but the demand is high. Good class higher intensity Can't wait for the new classes coming I also went to a Dynamic Stretch session. Wow. Noticed a difference in my squat within the hour. Day pass pricing at the Gilbert location is $50 for adults and $30 for children, which feels high for what's offered. In the family locker room, several lockers were not functioning properly. Assistance was requested, and it was mentioned that the locker selected was already known to be broken, though it didn't appear to be marked or addressed to prevent the same issue for others. The pool area felt underwhelming and quiet. The hot tub is restricted to ages 12 and up, which may be limiting for families with younger children. Overall, staff interactions felt minimal and the environment wasn't particularly welcoming or engaging.
