Girls restroom by snack shack

Every single time im here for my son to play ball , I am unimpressed. For how expensive it is youd think they would maintain the place. Maybe turn in one of the cyber trucks and take care of the business. Girls bathroom doors dont lock, its hot, chairs broken or not enough seating and then tonight....check the photo out ! No paper towels or supplies in either snack shack restroom either.

I want to like this place but I feel that if I pay $20 per person per day to watch my own child play basketball I should at least have a place to seat. I had to sit on the ground after paying. At one point a player fell from adjacent court and hit my daughter's back who was sitting in the floor next to me. I think planning for those tournaments capacity could improve. The courts are nice.

Paid $20 for parking at this location during a volleyball tournament. 1st day entrance is blocked off so you have to pay $20 to park, asked attendant can we park straight ahead, "yes". No issues, 2nd day we have to be here again same thing paid and noticed one space available in same area, so we park again. We almost got towed!!! How do you block off an entrance, charge parking and not say just don't park in these spots or you will be towed. The whole point of paying was to prevent parking in the other business areas and getting towed. I'm sure the business nextdoor gets a kickback for getting cars towed and Inspire needs to do better. Also their own website has the area in green as a place to park!!

No coolers allowed. Just come in and die of heat exhaustion.

Ugh...the heat in this establishment is only compounded by a bunch of sweating athletes and no air conditioning. To say that it is miserable in the summer here at Inspire is an understatement! To think I paid a $10/person entry fee to get in as well as a tournament fee for our team to play here?! I was not prepared for this kind of heat today. I mean we live in the desert, I guess I just expect everyone to keep the air conditioning running in this kind of heat! Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE the fact that we have a tournament gym with multiple courts in our area! I'll probably even sweat it out again for another tournament this month - but HAVE MERCY ON THESE ATHLETES AMD THEIR FAMILIES PLEASE!!! I'm thinking we should start a Go Fund Me to get them a few air-conditioning units. Not joking. This could be a five-star joint...

Filthy: started charging for parking. In addition to $25 fees to watch a kid play over a weekend. Unbelievable.

Parking is very bad at this place. Good luck finding a place to park and be prepared to park and walk to the courts.

Very expensive, limited seatings and the bathrooms had missing ceiling tiles and no paper towels or soap. Not a fan

Two words, SWEAT LODGE! There is no AC. Nowhere in Arizona should it be cooler outside especially in the summertime!

Every Saturday we are waisting hours because they are trying to cram every game at one venue. Today the game was supposed to start at 150 and we show up to find out they are 2 hours behind. The same thing happened last week. Never again will we sign up with this program.

Our undefeated team was denied the opportunity to play in the championship that they earned because their only recourse for very serious allegations against another team was to say that we would not play them again but still allowed them to compete, place them in the same bracket as us and essentially force the two teams to be the ones supposed to face off in the same championship bracket. And then calling it a "tie" because the other team refuses to play ours, even though we have said multiple times that we would be happy to play them. They are also refusing to provide a refund for the championship game that we paid for with our registration. I would not spend any money to support this league nor would I trust them with my children after seeing the unsportsmanlike and unsafe behavior that they have supported all season. **The OWNER is now leaving false and defamatory responses to accurate and appropriate online reviews against his organization. I would keep my children very very far away from this league and the people running it**

I appreciate how difficult it can be to admit when you're wrong and he took accountability for the way he acted toward me. Paul offered me a refund, which I gladly accepted. I told him I understood that insurance and jersey's had been paid and I didn't want him to lose money either so we settled on a refund less the insurance and jersey price...which I feel is fair to both parties. Paul also told me that the jersey and insurance credit would be left in a NYS account for future use if we choose to try again in the future. I appreciated the phone call and email and I feel NYS and Paul made a very difficult situation a little less difficult. I still don't think we will be back to NYS as our experience doesn't seem feasible for a family with more than 1 kiddo playing... but the door is left open. ORIGINAL: If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called and spoke with Paul who runs NYS "National Youth Sports" (there is no national franchise of this that we can find), and I asked questions regarding scheduling of practices and games. He explained that practices are left up to the coaches to decide, but he determines game times and location. At that time he couldn't provide when and where the games would be, but he didn't anticipate scheduling/location conflicts for my three kids. 2/3 kids practice times were scheduled on Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6:00, the other Wednesday/Friday 7:00-8:00 each 20 minutes from our house, however I was willing to accept this and found help to get my kids to and from a practice each week. However, Paul scheduled my kids at locations 20 minutes apart from each other back to back. There is no chance my kids could play in the games weekly since I cannot be two places at once. He was fully aware of my concern regarding game times and assured me he didn't think it would be an issue and gladly took my money. He lied knowing he had "No Refunds" on his website and I would be out my money. He also said he could not accommodate a disclosure on his website for "single moms" like me who have multiple kids and would need the children playing at one location, not all over the valley. The league is disorganized, lies, frauds people out of their money with the "No Refunds" statement on their website, allows them to lie and steal and get away with it. NYS = Now Your Screwed

Instead, they told me classes weren't available in our area and that we could be refunded or credited. I received no new information on local classes nor a refund since July 2025 ...its now November. Don't waste your time nor money.
