Had our home inspection done today by Doug and didn't expect to write the review until tomorrow…read moresince I wanted to see the full report first. Doug showed up on time and quickly went over what his plan was for the day, where he would start and what he was going to be looking for. We went inside and he did his thing while we walked around inside to take a look at things we didn't recall seeing or couldn't remember during our very first walk through. We walked around and as Doug saw things we asked questions about things we were concerned about like the AC units, water heater, garage, etc. He answered our questions and made sure we understood how and why things were done that way since the home was a bit older. Overall he went through everything as expected top to bottom not missing a beat. I appreciated his knowledge and suggestions and the time he took to make sure everything was looked at! When he was done he had let us know that he would make sure to get us our full inspection report by tomorrow which I thought was pretty quick. Again I expected to be writing this review tomorrow after reading his report, but Doug did us one better and got it to us the same day! I'm extremely satisfied with his detailed report and all the pictures to show exactly what he's talking about! I would highly recommend going with Doug for your home inspection needs! 10 out of 10!! Thank you for making sure we have all the information we needed to get things fixed and working before sealing the deal!

This is very frustrating especially when my hard earned money is being spent to pay for a service that is sub par, then to have pay to for something that should have been addressed by the company that you paid to inspect it. Then to have to deal with horrid smells in your home because of someone else's mistake. I read to your "scheduler" exactly what the home warranty plumber put in the report. I read word for word what the warranty denial email said including the P-trap being installed incorrectly. What your scheduler chose to relay to you is in her not me. All the plumbing that the plumber saw was clearly visible for the inspector. No walls were opened. If your inspector is not aware of how a P-trap should be installed then maybe he needs more training. In your voicemail you (Lynn) stated that it was an easy fix for a handy man. This is pretty clear that you are trying to pass the buck and assume no further liability or responsibility. At no point in time did your voicemail say that you would send someone else out to look at it. But it is obvious that you would rather point fingers than take any responsibility. BTW, I was speaking to your scheduler on the blue tooth in my car, I am hearing impaired and I have to turn the volume up higher in order to hear clearly. Honestly, I was in tears speaking to your scheduler because I am getting very frustrated with this companies ripping me off . The volume was up but o was never rude or nasty to your scheduler.

I have security cameras inside my home so I reviewed the footage of the inspector from the master bedroom and found that the inspector never physically got under the sink to view a leak. He simply stuck his camera under the sink and snapped a couple photos and walked away. The inspector also stated that the air conditioner was not putting out adequate cold air however my home is freezing cold and even my real estate agent said that the inspector is wrong. I placed a phone call to the inspector and asked if he could come out and show me what was wrong and he refused to do it without me paying for an additional inspection. When I asked the inspector where the leak was under the sink cabinet he didn't know and told me that he took a photo which I clearly saw him do but does not point out where any leak is. Everything was checked under the sink and everything was completely dry and free of leaks. In the inspectors notes he also stated that the shower nozzle was leaking however after checking on this, very little water was dripping out from the bathtub spout while the shower water was running which I found was perfectly normal as most bathtub spouts do not stop 100% of the water from dripping. It wasn't even worth noting however I did the research and found that most bathtub spouts do not stop 100% of the water from dripping while the shower is running. The inspector even went as far as circling bird poop outside on the patio rug.....lol Not very good
