I am a retired combustion turbine mechanic and technical advisor. I'm the guy who worries about details. If you're looking for a thorough inspection of a home, contact AllTech. David is the owner of AllTech, and he performs the inspections. That was a big part of why I chose him to perform my home inspection. "I will inspect that home as if I'm buying it." He arrived on time. His inspection was very thorough. He acted in a professional manner with an easygoing attitude, and he is an honest man. His detailed report was presented the same day, hours after the inspection ended. His rate is not the lowest and it's not the highest. I highly recommend this business. My rating is 5.0. read more

David, despite scheduling a 2hr time block, ended up slowing down and explaining everything to me while I was on site, and we ended up being there together for about 4 hours! He was super knowledgeable and extremely observant. He knows exactly how these homes should be and truly leaves no stone unturned. Not only that, but my initial interactions with David were already very convincing because he was super quick to reply and willing to go above and beyond for our quick timeframe. Overall, David offers way, way more than what you pay for with a home inspection and is completely transparent the entire way through. If you are at all hesitant, please do yourself a favor and work with David. He does not sugarcoat anything, is very meticulous, and wants you to truly understand his entire process. I'm very glad that we chose AllTech for our home inspection. ~ I was not incentivized AT ALL for this review, he is just a genuinely good person! Also look him up, he was on the news. Also he has very competitive prices, look on his website. read more

What a wonderful experience! Starting a project on a new house can be so nerve-wracking, but David helped us understand everything easily. We decided to go with him after seeing all his positive reviews, and we're so glad we did. The price was fair, but the experience was priceless. David spent about 4 hours at the property, taking photos of every single corner--inside, outside, attics, and bathrooms. He showed us exactly what the builder needed to fix and walked us through the home thoroughly. We learned a ton and will definitely hire him again for the follow-up. If you need an inspector who is both experienced and kind, David is your guy! read more

I needed an inspection soon and he came and went above and beyond. He was extra thorough! He checked a lot of cracks and issues that I didn't even know about and I have lived here for a year. He told me when inspecting that this house had a fire incident in the past. Then later discovered that our electrical panel was a fire hazard and that it needs to be replaced. I told the seller, and he was shocked too because his seller before didn't tell him! And their home inspector prior did not know. I have heard from a few friends that their home inspector did not do their job well. One literally had a leak and mold all over his bathroom and it was never caught. If you want a TRUSTED home inspector. Hire David from alltech home inspection. He was able to explain to me how he was able to figure out what was an issue and what is not. This made me very confident on my house purchase. Finally after the inspection, he gave me a good rundown of all the things I needed to look out for and answered all my questions. Also, super cool guy read more

David, the owner of AllTech, was highly responsive and transparent throughout the entire home inspection process. He communicated clearly from the beginning and kept me well informed every step of the way. On the inspection day, he arrived on time and conducted an exceptionally thorough inspection. He used both a drone and thermal imaging technology to ensure that no area was overlooked. He spent approximately six hours inspecting the property and then took additional time to review the photos with me, carefully explaining his findings and answering my questions. Although I told him there was no rush and that he could deliver the report the following day, he completed and submitted it the very same day. The report was comprehensive, well organized, and supported by a full set of high-quality photos. Each issue was clearly identified, along with practical recommendations for addressing it. David is clearly a highly experienced home inspector. He communicates exceptionally well, pays close attention to detail, and genuinely approaches the inspection from his client's perspective. I highly recommend AllTech to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy home inspector. read more

David Schafer recently inspected a home I am in the middle of purchasing and I am so thankful to him for making it such a relaxing and thorough experience. Buying a home can be an anxiety ridden journey, especially come inspection time but David made it a piece of cake, taking his time and thoroughly going over every required item. Once completed, he then took the time to patiently explain his inspection findings to me and my family, answering any questions we had along the way. I had an excellent experience working with David Schafer at AllTech Home Inspections. David was incredibly thorough and professional from start to finish. He took his time going through every detail of the home and didn't rush a single part of the inspection. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything afterward. He walked me through his findings in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all my questions were answered. Even more impressive, he identified several issues that a previous inspector had completely missed issues that could have become major problems down the road. I highly recommend David and AllTech Home Inspections to anyone looking for a reliable, meticulous, and knowledgeable home inspector. Truly top notch service! read more

David was courteous and on time.Provided a comprehensive report soon after completion.

David showed up as scheduled and was so thorough, so professional, such high-quality and great value, he did an amazing job. He explained everything to us - in layman's terms. I was concerned because he had the best price but due to funds I had to go with what was cheapest and let me tell you I got every single dollars worth from David, I kind of feel like I owe him more money lol just because he was such a great inspector. If you need an inspection, I recommend AllTech Home Inspection. Within a few hours after he left our house, he emailed us a report that had every detail of our potential new home (we live in it now we r renting), including photos of everything. I learned so much. I'm grateful!! If I ever need any of their services I will be back and I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends & family. Thank you for being so patient and kind with us. read more

We had such a great experience working with David for the inspection on our very first home, a new build, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. He is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and professional, and he is also genuinely warm, which made the entire process feel so much easier for us as first time home buyers. You can immediately feel how passionate he is about what he does. His depth of knowledge helped us understand so much more about our new house and everything that's included. Even though it's a brand new build, he caught the smallest details and explained why each one mattered. He tested the plumbing, heating, and all the ins and outs of the home, and he even provided thermal photos of the plumbing and insights about the coating on our windows, things we never would have known to look for. Because of him, we feel confident going into our walkthrough with the builder in a way that feels good to both of us. And based on how thorough he was in person, we already know the full detailed reports are going to be spectacular. If you want someone who is thorough, trustworthy, and truly passionate about helping buyers feel informed and prepared, David is the one. read more

I HIGHLY recommend All Tech Home Inspection! I had my home remodeled and wanted to make sure my contractor did everything correctly and up to code. All Tech Hole Inspection came by my home on short notice and did a thorough inspection of my contractor's work. All Tech Home Inpection found several issues that put the safety of my family at jeopardy. The first issue was that the bathroom outlets were not GFCI protected. This is a huge safety risk for electrocution, as well as not up to code. The next major issue he found is that the door that was installed by my contractor did not lock properly. All Tech found several other issues as well, such as the glass shower panel for the master shower was not installed correctly, therefore water flowed easily through the silicone barrier. I could go on & on about how glad I am that I hired this company. Who knows, they may have saved my family's life! read more
