Purchasing a home is a big deal and if you're looking at getting an inspector, we trust that they can be attentive to the details maybe we aren't trained to look for. Jason Henderson couldn't even get the correct house to inspect, I don't feel confident in his capacity to inspect the inside of the home. He was scheduled to inspect the neighbors house, proceeded to snoop in our backyard, open up the water tank on the ground and continue to rummage through the front yard landscaping, which was all caught on camera. When confronted, he dismissively claimed he "got the wrong house." I would not trust the work of someone who can't even get the correct house to inspect.

This is where Jason comes in. He will help you feel comfortable with your home purchase and will find out any areas in the home that need some consideration. We used Jason to inspect our house when we first moved to Las Vegas two years ago. He was so incredible that we used him again to inspect my mother's home when we eventually moved her out here. His price is fair and I feel like the peace of mind you get after having a good home inspection is invaluable. Jason is incredibly thorough. He tests every little thing that I wouldn't even have thought of inspecting. When he was finished he sent us a link to our inspection report online. This has been incredibly useful because I have even found myself pulling up the inspection report two years later to check on something that I had a question with pertaining to our house. In our case, even after moving into our new house Jason was able to work with us to ensure we were fully informed on how our new house worked. He is simply the best!

This is very frustrating especially when my hard earned money is being spent to pay for a service that is sub par, then to have pay to for something that should have been addressed by the company that you paid to inspect it. Then to have to deal with horrid smells in your home because of someone else's mistake. I read to your "scheduler" exactly what the home warranty plumber put in the report. I read word for word what the warranty denial email said including the P-trap being installed incorrectly. What your scheduler chose to relay to you is in her not me. All the plumbing that the plumber saw was clearly visible for the inspector. No walls were opened. If your inspector is not aware of how a P-trap should be installed then maybe he needs more training. In your voicemail you (Lynn) stated that it was an easy fix for a handy man. This is pretty clear that you are trying to pass the buck and assume no further liability or responsibility. At no point in time did your voicemail say that you would send someone else out to look at it. But it is obvious that you would rather point fingers than take any responsibility. BTW, I was speaking to your scheduler on the blue tooth in my car, I am hearing impaired and I have to turn the volume up higher in order to hear clearly. Honestly, I was in tears speaking to your scheduler because I am getting very frustrated with this companies ripping me off . The volume was up but o was never rude or nasty to your scheduler.
