I've emailed J.R. multiple times with zero reply. I've now spent my entire retirement and still had to take out a sizable loan to replace a roof J.R. had stated was good less then a year prior.

The movers destroyed more than $4,000 including an antique vanity (irreplaceable!!!) and the insurance only covered $1,400, not the $2,000 we had in coverage. The delivery driver just said it was not his fault. Did not care at all. Use this company only if you want your stuff destroyed.
