Having purchased many properties globally, I can say this is by far the most professional experience I've had. Brian isn't just an agent; he's a deep-market advisor. His knowledge of Puerto Rico's investment landscape--including the nuances of different municipalities and tax incentives--was instrumental in my decision-making. He curated a selection of the island's most exclusive properties, showing a keen eye for architectural quality and long-term value. I am currently finalizing a purchase and couldn't be more confident in the result.

Armando Olive (the agent I worked with) made the whole process as simple as possible for me and my family. Recently, I had to find a place I could rent for less than a year (not easy to find those) and decided to call them again because I wasn't having much luck on my own. I'm glad to say Provivienda came through for me again. No need to look elsewhere, it's always been money well-spent when I've hired them.

I had heard about short term apartment rentals as an option to hotel stays so I checked it out. Vida Urbana (managing company) was great to do business with. They were prompt, professional and very nice. I felt safe sending my payment information to them and I didn't have any problems. Our assistant Wanda was very personable and bilingual, which was important because my husband doesn't speak Spanish. She made herself available to us whenever and for whatever we needed and even suggested restaurants and places to see. Turns out we didn't need her at all and everything was just wonderful. We will definitely be returning next year and will book through Vida Urbana.

Nowhere else we called had anywhere NEAR the selection Darwin had. And its not just the selection that is so incredible. Its the man himself - Darwin is friendly, actually listens to what you are looking for, is totally reasonable, and really Loves Old San Juan. He is a local historian of sorts, a preservationist, and an all around good guy. He found us the perfect apartment, at the right price, and helped us set up the water, electricity, etc. As far as I'm concerned, Darwin should have streets named after him, have real estate schools taught by his method, and is welcome at our home any time. ps - And his kindness isnt just because we were renters. As we walked around town, everyone we saw said hi, and everyone got a sincere greeting - from guys passed out on the street, to policemen and beautiful women - who can say no to the man with the cowboy beltbuckle and the winning smile? Its Darwin Cancel and hes what makes Old San Juan great.

Robert and team worked all day to make sure we would have power. While people are scrambling to find gas, generators, etc. we can rest easy. We have used Eii to fix and repair AC units, lights and anything electrical in past. Robert is professional, trustworthy, responsive, competent and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of professional work. While I believe they mostly handle commercial jobs they do excellent work on residential as well. I'm hesitant to post this because we need him for additional projects and I'm selfish, but if you need a good honest contractor in Puerto Rico, contact him. You won't regret it!
