Insight Pest Control continues always with excellent service. Shad It's been months since I wrote the previous review, and Shad continues to provide excellent service, always on time and thorough, if we have a problem, we just call and he either services right away our problem or on his next visit he will bring the correct pesticide for the job. We were lucky this year and got ants and fleas for the first time a couple months ago. We called Insight and Shad came right over even though we weren't due to be service for another 2 months. Then we saw Chad again on our regular scheduled visits. We couldn't't be happier. read more

Hands down the worst company ever. I cancelled my service, paid my last bill, and I thought I was done. let me pause and say their service was mediocre at best and customer service less than par when I was under contract. Now back to my cancellation. I thought I was done with this company until I get notice from Credit Karma a collection was added to my credit report for $500 for insight pest control. i call them and ask why I was sent to collections without notice. they have my address clearly so no reason correspondence wouldn't have reached me. nonetheless I call and say if there is an outstanding balance I'm happy to pay it... but no. I have to pay the balance and a 30% fee for the third party collector. Avoid this company at all costs! Worst worst worst experience with any service provider I've ever had. read more

Love these guys so much! I am terrified of spiders and other creepy crawlers, so these guys are my heros! Friendly, thorough service is always provided, and I like that if I see a bug in between my scheduled service dates, I can call and Matt Hawes will come right out and take care of my house! This is the BEST pest control company out there! Everyone is so friendly. Matthew is the technician who has taken care of all 3 homes we have lived in the past few years! He is kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. We don't have aunts or fleas like we used to! We rarely see spiders. They go above and beyond, even knocking down cob webs and wasps nests! I was just in the neighborhood and wanted to let ya'll know about these guys. Had a visit from their guy recently since they were in the area. Rang out doorbell despite the no soliciting sign posted directly above the doorbell. Makes me wonder what other codes they ignore or corners they cut. I especially don't appreciate it when I point out my "No Soliciting" sign which is conveniently located directly above the doorbell the employee rang and they seem to think because they don't mention prices that it serves as a clever little workaround to get by city code. 2 out of the last 3 nights I have had somebody from this company come to my house trying to sell there services. Both times it was the same person and both times he stood way too close and had his mask hanging from one ear. If you feel the need to go door to door at least respect everyone's space and wear a mask. Also maybe try and keep track of which houses you have been to. read more

They were prompt in their service, in fact came out the same day when I explained the situation. I was amazed at how quickly their treatment eliminated our problem. insight is a company I would not recommend, We had our first treatment which the person who came out was nice but was not knowledgeable and went on to tell me that there are not brown recluses in the state of Oregon and if someone says they were bit by one is wrong and that they probably were bit by something else. and that they wouldn't leave the bit alone and were dirty so it got infected, There are western brown recluses. Also we had to call someone out 2 more times after the first treatment due to pests returning or after 2 weeks even worsening. They didn't honor their money back guarantee, kept making excuses. And when we canceled because we were in no way happy with their services, other then friendly conversation when the techs came out. They penalize us for not keeping with the contract. When I can do a better job using store bought chemicals keeping the pests away then this company, I feel they were in breach of contract. So after all is said and done. We have a larger pest problem then before they came, and instead of getting our money back or even an apology that their service didn't work, they just took more money. read more

I signed up for service with insight pest solutions and at first, it seemed great. The technicians were friendly and on time and seemed to do a great job. The last service rat poison was left out (not supposed to be any at all) which my dogs ate resulting in a $700 vet bill and risk to my dog's life. Fortunately, I walked out and saw an empty opened box and called immediately to find out what it was, had I discovered it later my dogs would have had a very different outcome. When I called I was advised to not take my dogs in right away and just wait and see if they have symptoms (which would be bleeding to death, obviously as a medical professional I know better and would never do that but there are people out there who may listen to incredibly negligent advice). Called later to cancel my service and was charged $100 dollars. I understand that it is a contract but these people almost killed my dogs. I paid the $100 because I would literally rather pay for them to never show up again then to have my house treated. I will make sure every single person I know never signs up for service with them. read more
