Both front desk and imaging staff are friendly, knowledgable and professional. Before my first ablation at Windermere MIC, I was concerned about possible negative effects on my pain and mobility, but my treatment was so painless and effective that I had no qualms before my second treatment. I suggest you find a driver to drop you off and they can visit Kingsway mall nearby or take transit. The wait time is pretty organized so try to be on time. Same thing wait room, then screening room, another patient waiting room, & finally the appointment. Recommended for anyone who needs specific pain management but you do need a referral with a requisition from your doctor for a specific reason.

After hearing nothing for 30 days I followed up with the Westgate location and they told me there was no schedule and it could be november before I receive a call. I understand there are wait times in the system but to have front end untrained or uninformed is unacceptable. It is unfortunate I now feel the need to write down the names of people I speak with to ensure accuracy. Suggest you look at other providers.

When I called to get directions, the receptionist was more than friendly and gave me great directions. When I got there, they actually got me in a bit early, which, in my experience, is unheard of in the medical profession. Everything went really smoothly and I was very pleased with my experience. The entire staff was friendly and happy to be doing what they were doing (someone loving their job makes all the difference in the world. Things were timely and explained. The radiologist who gave me a cortisone injection was actually the owner and talked about how pleased she was to be able to meet the need for these services out in Spruce/Stony. She also encouraged me to come back in if the bursitis returns (after 3 months) if it lasts for a week. Good to know rather than leaving it to see if it goes away. I will definitely choose to go here again the future if I need radiology services. Found the clinic very welcoming and efficient. Everything was clean and organized.

I received a referral from my family physician after an MVA for a lower back ultrasound. 1st I called the office with no response and VM, I also went to their online booking system and booked in, but no one got back to me after 2 weeks. I then called in and booked the appt, which I got a slot for somewhere in May after 5months of the booking date. I requested to be put on the waitlist and called when something came up but no one called. I went to my Dr. later with another issue, got another referral for ankle scan to this same place, and thought since I already have an upcoming appt., it will be prudent to call them and add it on as its still about 4 months away so I can do both in one visit. I called with no response again and VM, with no call back. Called later to book the additional appt only to be told that, I have no appt there for the lower ack scan after waiting of over 3 months already since the referral. Apparently. the Dr.'s office sent them the newer referral for the ankle and so they deleted/removed the initial one I had booked. When I tried talking about this, they denied a call /booking the initial appt. and declined doing the 2 appts in one. The so called manager had the gust to call and leave a rude message on my phone, I called again and did not get hold of her, requested for an email and sent them both requisitions I had received only for the manager sending an email back to cancel both appts after waiting for over 3 months already. With this kind of behaviour, I am certainly going to send my business elsewhere as I cannot stand such unscrupulous behaviour. These people are supper rude, unprofessional, unethical and do not care about their patients/clients' and their health concerns. They all need a professionalism and customer service training, as well as learn about the ethics in the healthcare industry. I feel so sorry for the business owner, only God knows how much business has been thrown out the door.
