"Urgent care services when need to see a doctor right away because you feel sick or had an injury. No appointment needed and extended hours on mornings, evenings and weekends." We walked in, not a soul in the waiting room, parking lot was empty and there were two women sitting at the front desk looking at the same monitor chillin. I explain my son needs to see a dr. They hesitated and then asked if he has an appointment I replied no. He just woke up with strep and needs some antibiotics. They proceeded to tell me because he's a new patient he can't be seen today because of the paperwork. There was litteraly 40 mins until closing. I could do the paperwork in 10, a throat swab with results and a prescription should have taken another 10 or so. I'm so upset they turned us away, first suggesting we go to another place where I explained no where was open. Then they suggested I take him to an emergency room for strep instead of just taking a sick kid back there and treating him. I'm so disgusted with the way they handled this situation. Why choose a medical field job if you don't want to help sick people? They just wanted to leave by 12, letting my sick son leave with no help, 40 mins left to play on Facebook at the front desk. I'm a cash paying client which means they let hundreds of dollars walk out the front door and even worse, denied treatment to a sick child. How disappointing that a medical center would turn away a sick child. Hope this lands in the right hands so the next time a sick person needs to be seen with plenty of time to be seen, gets to be treated. Go somewhere that actually cares.

I am having to have the implant removed asap I cannot function correctly. (7-25-18) I called the office and the receptionist said either you have to come in right now or wait till october or you can go to a local hospital, do to my job I couldn't just up and leave work not to mention I was trying to make a appointment for in advance. I have tried to have it remvoed at a local hospital no use and because there apparently wasn't any openings available untill october at doctor Kelly office I am left in a bind to just cut it out myself. wow i believe something could be seriously wrong and this office staff is not as friendly as they seem however Dr.Kelly is a good doctor. (8-1-18) I called and left a voicemail for the office manager recieved a call that day the office manager was still rude in my opinion she mention wanting to fix the "discrepancies and contradictions" reguarding my review. An appointment was then scheduled for 8-2-18 for the implant to be removed. I honestly feel that the entire situation could have been handled differently if there was a better attitude and approach on every partys part. I came into the office and got the implant removed by Dr.kelly procedure only took approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Disappointed and Discouraged by Care Denial…read more I wish my experience had been anything but disappointing. I scheduled an appointment seeking compassionate guidance for a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). To my surprise--and dismay--Dr. Michael D. Kelly and his nurse practitioner denied me service without even reviewing my medical history. My last C-section was six years ago, yet instead of taking the time to listen, Dr. Kelly dismissed my request outright. As a patient, I expect at least a thoughtful conversation. Instead, I felt rushed, unheard, and judged--like I was being penalized for asserting what I believe to be a reasonable birth plan. The nurse practitioner's bedside manner only deepened my frustration; their off-putting demeanor made an already stressful moment feel untenable. At the very least, I hoped for professionalism and empathy. What I encountered felt the opposite. Seeking a respectful discussion about VBAC shouldn't result in denial of care--but here, it did. Disappointing indeed.
