On 11/09/2021 you sent two great techs to evaluate, find and repair the leak on my roof. They spent about 1 & 1/2 hours finding and resealing the mounting brackets, I was super pleased with their expert knowledge of the repairs they made. Matt and Elijah were two of the nicest techs I've ever met. They were very professional and seemed very caring and thorough with the repairs they made. I can't say enough good things about this company. The original system was installed in 2012. When I asked Matt for the bill, he said it was covered under warranty. That just goes to show you, Solar Trek stands behind their work, even after 9 years! They really do care about their customers and their reputation. Bottom line, They are a Five Star Company that you can trust. Thank you again Solar Trek. You have a customer for life! Sincerely, David & Sharon Corey Ocala,FL

Exceptional service, flawless install, and a truly top-tier solar system…read more Radiant Energy Solar absolutely exceeded my expectations. The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family--and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Big applause to the Radiant Energy Solar team and to EG4 for putting together what is very likely one of the best solar solutions on the market today. Highly recommended.

From the initial consultation, Sam and the team at Radiant Energy were transparent and informative. They took the time to explain the system options, answer all my questions, and provide a detailed cost breakdown. The pricing was competitive and fair, with no hidden fees or surprises along the way. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Sam kept me updated at every stage--from permitting to installation to final inspection. I always knew what to expect next and never felt left in the dark. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They completed the work on schedule and left everything clean and tidy. Now that my system is up and running, I'm already seeing the cost savings on my electricity bills. It's incredibly satisfying to watch my energy meter and know I'm generating my own clean power while reducing my monthly expenses. I highly recommend Radiant Energy and Solar to anyone considering going solar. The combination of fair pricing, excellent communication, and real results makes them a top choice.

Please read!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY are costing me THOUSANDS!!!! This email is after a year with this company! Finally got tech out today: My email to rep: Freedom - just had tech out here. After finally accessing and seeing that our system was again completely under estimated with the sales rep. Gave us 33 panals for a home sending to grid 1800+ kWh per month to the grid. As explained when first signed the contract numbers provided from sales rep where estimate since I didn't even have furniture in the house or anything since I had just purchased the home so couldn't show any real numbers. Also exclaimed our home prior to purchase was updated to 4 -2 to a 6 bedroom 3 bath and never updated in city. I didn't even have washing machine for home and we ate and sat and sleeped on the floor for months since we moved from out of state! The numbers matching actual production isn't what we consume accurately and sold under false pretenses. Solar panals advertising is to loose the grid not buy $50,000 worth of debit and increase energy bills. My home was and still unfortunately under calculating my family consumption. I can produce real billls for a year for real projections. But numbers generated under false pretenses can't be justified . We have 33 panals and should have at minimum 60 panels , hence why we got ride of 13 trees thinking it's us but our system goes to safe mode to prevent system to shut down after consuming literally 30% of our daily consumption sending it to grid daily! Please let's get this rectified asap! Advise when panals Will get installed. I was on the line with Nick the supervisor from the tech that was dispatched. Please advise date of install. Thank you! If you did not have utility history at the location at the time of the sales consultation, then the sales representative would may have based the estimated energy usage on the square footage of the home. Freedom Forever did not take part in the sales consultation process and is the installer and servicer of the system sold to you by the sales representative. The system that was installed has met all obligations within the contract. We would not install additional panels at no additional charge. If you would like to purchase additional panels, please reach out to a sales consultant. Thank you and have a great day! Elizabeth Freeman Asset Control Specialist I now need Legal TEAM!!!~!
