We were so tired of paint flakes getting on the ground or outdoor furniture after a storm. No more! I'm so glad I waited and you guys certainly delivered everything you promised PLUS! The team provided the advice & expertise for novices like us. You guys were a wonderful team to work with super professional. The only evidence of the team doing the installation was the new cover itself. We never had to call you, as you called us and showed up when you said you were going to be there. You guys are a DREAM to work with. Thank you! Any potential customers considering taking the leap and working with Valley Patios -- you won't regret it! They are simply the best!!

My brother-in-law referred me to Bravo Patio Covers when I was looking to add a patio cover to my…read morenew home, and I'm so glad he did! Their representative came out, listened to what we wanted, and gave us a competitive quote that beat the three other companies we had contacted. They handled the city permit and made the entire process easy. We wanted three ceiling fans, so our only task was to choose and purchase them before installation day. The crew completed the installation in just one day, and I was impressed with both the workmanship and how efficiently they worked. If you notice exposed wiring above the fans in my video, it was temporarily left uncovered for the city's electrical inspection. Everything passed, and they returned to cover the wiring afterward. The customer service has been just as impressive. Everyone has been patient, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. Elizabeth has been my main point of contact, and she has consistently answered my calls and texts and followed up with me over the months. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Thank you, Will and Elizabeth, you guys are the best! I highly recommend Bravo Patio Covers.

It was great doing business with Sergio from start to finish…read more Called several companies for a quote and PGA was very competitive with a couple companies, but I wanted to make sure to give my business to a smaller business not a big company. Everything Sergio said for the timeline from start to finish was spot on. His employees were respectful and cleaned up each day. The patio we had built is huge 40x40 and it looks stunning. Love that we could do black accent to match our house which some companies didn't offer. Love it so much we have decided to have him build another one on the other side of our yard.

Terrible service and disappointing workmanship! It took me over a year to write this review because…read moreI wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them time to make things right. Unfortunately, the same issues continue. Every time it rains, our patio leaks. They schedule appointments and don't show up, leaving me to constantly contact them for follow-ups. When they do show up, they often arrive unprepared and without the proper tools, even asking me if I have them! Instead of identifying and fixing the root cause, they keep adding more sealant as a temporary fix. When I suggest more sustainable, long-term solutions, my ideas are dismissed rather than properly addressed. Now water is leaking through our ceiling fan and light fixtures, and neither works anymore. The patio's poor angle and lack of proper drainage also make our outdoor space practically unusable when it rains. This was not a cheap investment, and I expected quality workmanship, accountability, and a company that stands behind its work. Instead, I've dealt with missed appointments, quick fixes, and a lack of genuine concern about whether the job was done correctly. After more than a year, the main issue remains unresolved, and the situation has gotten worse. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
