I would not recommend this group for treating insomnia. Very expensive and a bad personal experience. The consultation was over $200 and then the charge for the treatments were over $500. For me it resulted in getting severe headaches after only a few treatments that lasted 5 days. The group refunded me half of the month fee, but not the initial consultation fee. It was an expensive experiment. I sought them out based on good reviews for insomnia. Result: loss of money, headaches and no solution by this method for insomnia. read more

I went to Inner Optimal on the recommendation of a friend. We are both PhD's and had suffered memory problems after having Covid. I am so happy I stumbled upon these amazing Women and their brilliance. I went to one of their Saturday Seminars to learn about their techniques as I believe in brain training. I had been struggling with depression and all kinds of mysterious body symptoms that we're turning my life upside down making it difficult to function. I just completed session 17 and I have to say my thought processes are different. I can honestly say Dr. Danielle and the technology of the NeurOptimal machine has changed my life. I had heard that neurofeedback helps with sleep, stress, depression, headaches, PTSD, neurological conditions (including stroke paralysis), increased focus, decision making and boosting athletic performance, and while this is all true, I would like to focus on my experience which was very unique. I am a highly sensitive individual and do healing work for a living. I've done an extensive amount of self healing as I've had a lot of emotional trauma my life. I've tried over 40 different modalities and energetic practices. I was fascinated by this technology and got a strong intuitive hit that I would receive great benefit from the NeurOptimal. To date, I've done 55 sessions. (2 months of 'in office' sessions, one month rental). Because neurofeedback is naturopathic (meaning it naturally supports the body's own healing process) everyone's experience will be different. I found that it assisted me in *discovering* what needed to be changed in order to create a greater state of equanimity in my body, mind and emotions. First off, after my second session, I woke up in the middle of the night with intense vertigo. I knew it was from the brain training. At first I was alarmed and contacted Dr. Danielle in the morning. She got back to me right away with incredible support. She assured me that it was *positive* and that most likely my brain was becoming aware of an imbalance that needed attention. She was right. Two days later I went to my herbalist who detected that I had an inner ear infection that I was previously unaware of. The *healing crisis* from the NeurOptimal was a gift, as within one day on Chinese herbs my dizziness was 50% improved. Within three days it was completely gone. I was able to handle this problem immediately before it caused any further damage to the ear. The next gift from the brain training was more in the psychological realm. I had been struggling with a long standing relationship with one of my closest girlfriends. After about three weeks into the brain training, I woke up one morning with extreme anger. I knew this was another *awareness signal* from my body giving me feedback that something was out of balance. It was clearly related to this relationship. After doing yoga and meditating, I was given conscious information of dysfunctional & irreconcilable patterns. I knew I needed to make a definitive change. As I continued with the treatment sessions, I got further clarity that I needed to end this friendship. Although an extremely painful process to go through, it's proved to be very beneficial for my body, mind and spirit. This decision created much needed space, eliminating a dynamic that was draining my energy and causing me tremendous stress. As further confirmation of the *psychological* potential of this technology, a friend of mine, a successful psychotherapist in Los Angeles, uses another type of neurofeedback machine. Hers requires precise skill of the practitioner administering the treatment. (unlike the NeurOptimal which is much more user friendly for the lay person). While she claims she can alleviate anxiety in one session, her system does not work as well on the psychological aspects of one's being. She now uses both the NeurOptimal and her existing machine so she has more options in treating her patients. She too has discovered that the NeurOptimal can affect change in a person's psychological processing in a way the other system does not. Another benefit I've received is a boost in my intuitive abilities. I've always been very intuitive and now I can feel and sense things psychically with a clarity I did not possess before. This has helped me in all aspects of my life, in fact I will soon be offering intuitive readings as a new adjunct to my massage & yoga therapy occupation. Hi, I have known Dr. Danielle for a couple of years now. When I first met her, I was skeptical of her happy disposition. I don't usually run across someone so full of light and happiness. After knowing her and also meeting her daughter, I realized that is just how she really is. (Her daughter is just as lovely). I decided to sign up for her brain training because it seemed like my brain was habituated (wired) for a low grade, barely discernible, constant panic mode; as if there was background noise, a "hum" that was present, like you might hear in faulty a speaker system. At first, while doing the sessions I felt a little off, maybe a slight headache for the first 3 or 4 sessions. After that I began to notice a creeping sense of peace and most noticeably, I began to sleep deeply and soundly. I then began to notice that I felt very content, light and happy, although technically nothing had actually "changed" in my life. I did her brain training for 2 months and the low grade panic feeling has completely vanished. I will be returning to her office for some tune up sessions as needed.
