All the favorites are still there -- sauna, infrared, cold plunge -- all the good, restorative things -- but the expanded backyard creates such a beautiful, elevated vibe. The meditation room is absolutely perfect: cozy, grounding, and so peaceful you genuinely forget you're in the middle of Fort Lauderdale. From the moment I walked in, the team was warm and welcoming. Sasha greeted me with such kindness, setting the tone immediately. My therapist, Esteban, gave me a 90-minute deep tissue massage that was exactly what I needed. I walked in carrying so much stress I'm convinced my shoulders were practically up by my ears -- and he truly worked the muscles and joints with intention. Not a fluffy, oil-and-elbows massage, but real, therapeutic bodywork that made a difference. It felt like a little piece of heaven tucked inside the city. I love that they also host monthly events supporting artists -- such a thoughtful touch. I don't know why I don't come here more often, but I'm officially committed to changing that. Absolutely amazing experience. Can't wait to go back.

With my anniversary coming up next week, I thought this would be a great opportunity to try a new spot and possibly bring my partner as well. I booked a 3:00 PM appointment, and shortly after finishing work, I called to see if I could push it to 3:30 PM since I was driving from Miami and anticipated traffic. Unfortunately, I did end up getting stuck in traffic, so I called again to inform them I would be late and asked if there were any later openings. When I spoke with the front desk representative, I explained my situation, but I didn't feel I was given much flexibility or understanding. The interaction felt very dry, and not the level of customer service you'd expect especially for a first-time customer who is genuinely interested in the business and even considering a membership. I was simply told that if I arrived late, my session time would be reduced and I would still be charged, with a 50% fee applying. Considering I was already paying close to $200 for a 50-minute session, this felt disappointing given the circumstances. That said, once I arrived, the experience completely changed. The massage therapist was excellent professional respectful of time, and delivered an outstanding service. The massage itself was easily a 10/10. Overall, I believe this place has great potential. My only recommendation would be for the front desk staff to be more accommodating and empathetic, especially with first-time clients. A more flexible and welcoming approach would go a long way in creating a better overall experience. Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but that's somewhat expected for the Fort Lauderdale area.

I showed up at 9am to work for a few hours before my appointment but it was pouring rain. The pool kindly directed me to the spa lounge to take refuge until the sun came out, and the first spa employee I interacted with was lovely and showed me where I could work and hang out in the lounge. Ten minutes later, however, another spa employee came over and told me I couldn't work in the lounge, and my bagel was "smelly" and "not spa like." She basically kicked me out of the hotel but told me I could call ResortPass and get a refund. What the heck?? I was paying $300 for the day and there were no other guests there. Whomever my spa appointment was with also lost out on tips due to this one rude employee refusing to accommodate me in a very predictable situation (rain). The staff at the pool when I was walking back out past them was very apologetic and wracking their brain for other ways to accommodate me, which was very kind. Waste of my time just so one employee could get a power trip and I still had to pay for the valet.

Scheduled a last-minute massage at the Heavenly Spa after having great experiences at their spas in…read moreother locations -- and let me tell you, the massage itself absolutely delivered. There was no availability online, so I called right when they opened at 10 AM and was able to snag an 11 AM appointment. Just something to note when booking: they held 70% of the service charge on my card and automatically added a 22% gratuity. I'm not sure if that's their standard policy or because it was a same-day appointment, but it's helpful to know upfront so there are no surprises. I parked using the Westin valet (it's $5 for 5 hours when you get your ticket validated at the spa desk). Just a heads up: you do have to walk down to street level, and the spa is actually the next building over to the right. It's super close, but if you're expecting it to be inside the main hotel, this will save you a "wait... where am I going?" moment It's next to the Starbucks and there's a secured guest-key access door to enter. If you don't have a key (which you won't unless you're a guest), there's a phone right there that rings directly to the spa desk and they come let you in. Easy once you know. I was shown to the changing area with secure coded lockers where you create your own code. I do wish the front desk attendant had explained how to actually set the locker code (push start enter your code push lock). Even when I asked a second time she kept saying just enter your code on the panel which didn't work for me after she left. I ended up asking the cleaning attendant, who was incredibly kind and helped me right away. The spa amenities themselves are ok -- hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing lounge area that instantly sets the vibe. That said, the hot tub space is on the smaller side. The tub itself is compact, and with the accessible chair positioned in that area (which I absolutely appreciate -- kudos for prioritizing accessibility), it can feel a bit more crowded than expected. If you're looking for the sauna or steam room, just walk around the corner -- you'll find both the dry sauna and steam room tucked right there. Now let's get to the star of the show Andrea! My masseuse! FIVE STARS. NO NOTES. Andrea came to get me shortly after, and off we went to a spacious treatment room (they have large rooms with double beds for couples, too). She started by asking thoughtful questions about my areas of concern and no-fly zones. I'm usually a "don't talk to me, just fix me" kind of girl during massages, and she only checked in once or twice to confirm pressure. I appreciated her attention to detail. The massage table was perfectly warmed (not too hot, just cozy), the headrest was positioned just right, and the table even adjusted electronically to elevate my legs. Chef's kiss. Andrea worked out the knots in my shoulders with exactly the right balance of firm and gentle pressure. Fifty minutes of pure bliss. I got off that table feeling renewed, relaxed, and genuinely content -- exactly how a massage should leave you feeling. Afterward, Andrea offered water or prosecco (say less ), and I headed to the relaxation room where they had infused spa water and chamomile tea to add to my prosecco. Because why choose just one? Lol I skipped the sauna this time because I was in full relaxation mode, but I'll absolutely be back -- especially to indulge in some of their specialty treatments. As I was leaving and walking back toward reception, I paused in the hallway to take a quick photo of a piece of wall art for my memories and this review. As I lifted my phone, one of the male therapists walked out of a nearby room and into the frame. I immediately lowered my phone, but he quickly snapped, "This is a no media area. You shouldn't be filming here." I wasn't filming -- just taking a photo of the artwork -- and I completely respect privacy policies in spa spaces. That said, the delivery felt abrupt and left a slightly sour note at the very end of an otherwise relaxing experience. As someone who works in customer service myself, I completely understand enforcing privacy policies. That said, a simple "Are you filming?" before jumping to a reprimand would likely have landed much better -- and in this case, wouldn't have even been necessary since I wasn't filming. I actually thought "thank God that wasnt my masseuse" - whole energy was off Final verdict: The spa itself is nice, Andrea is phenomenal!!!!!!!! My experience once I got to her was 5 star - aside from the small check-in explanation hiccup and that brief hallway interaction. Book with Andrea if you can. Your shoulders will thank you.

I sent emails I called never got any reply back. On Friday, I called, and after my second attempt, I finally got in touch with the receptionist who was extremely rude in the way that she spoke. She proceeded to tell me that she did not receive any of the emails or calls or voicemail. So no emails or voicemails are going through in their system? That's really hard to believe that both ways of communication did not go through. I sent two emails the original one and the follow up. You're going to tell me you didn't receive either? Then she proceeds to give me the email of the manager. I emailed the manager and never heard back. Obviously, I'm looking for a different place to host the bachelorette now, but it is completely unprofessional the whole entire thing.

In the past the only kind of spas I'd been to were the ones where you go get a massage or facial and leave right after. This was the perfect first spa experience, as this spa is super nice. They have $15 valet, and the entrance is right out front, so you can't miss it. When you get in, you head to the front desk and are immediately greeted by the receptionists. They offer a glass of champagne or a mimosa and take you up the stairs to the 2nd floor where the spa is located. The first floor is a gift shop type thing. They give you a tour of the entire spa, and introduce you to the spa associates that can help you with anything you need. They provide super comfy robes and slippers. In the locker room, there is a sauna, steam room, salt room, cold plunge, cold showers, regular showers, locker room, getting ready area, and relaxing area. Outside of the locker room there is a lounge waiting area, where you are to wait for them to come get you to take you to your service and where they bring you back to relax after your service. After your service, they always provide you with a little shot glass sized green tea, and a coconut bite snack thing. They also have an outdoor lounging area on a terrace with couches and lounge chairs and umbrellas that has a view of the ocean. They also provide you with a key card that gives you access to the beach if you want to go down there, and have beach chairs available. They also have tons of refreshment stations with water, hot tea, and healthy snacks such a trail mix and apples. I will say, the spa does get busy on weekends so I recommend going early or on the later side to avoid crowds. The locker room/getting ready area can definitely get overcrowded. I got a massage and a facial and had great services. I really liked this spa. It felt luxurious but didn't have to spend an arm and a leg. The staff were all super nice and helpful and kept the place clean, despite everyone leaving glasses and towels, etc. everywhere. They also replenish the towels pretty quickly so they don't run out often, and if they do they're replaced pretty quickly. I highly recommend this place.
