After 15 minutes of sitting right in front of the desk, I received an automated email stating I was a "no-show." When I flagged this, the receptionist tried to claim I was "late" and that my therapist, Anushka, needed to reschedule me. This is completely false. I was on time and waiting in the lobby the entire time. To make matters worse, they then suggested I could still be seen 20 minutes into my time slot, which is totally unacceptable and unfair to any patient. I am 32 weeks pregnant and do not have the energy to deal with this kind of run-around. Between the clerical errors and the attempt to blame the patient for their own mistake, I will not be returning. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time and expect basic professional courtesy.

The student's credentials were not presented and I still got to pay the full price for a session where it seemed like most of the session time was dedicated to scheduling appointments for follow up visits. I smell private equity here. Copay was the same as if I had a seasoned therapist. Not okay to bait and switch and not ask for consent to be a guinea pig while I was in serious pain. I needed an experienced therapist for the initial visit and would have been happy to see a student once my pain was managed. But the complete lack of disclosure drained my trust in this operation that I understand was once a great PT place. Several signs that those days are over.
