I've had nerve blocks, spinal cord injections, cranial sacral work, and shockwave therapy on an injured elbow. I also received excellent consulting on an MRI for a collapsing cervical disk that another had doctor misdiagnosed. If Dr. Attaman hadn't reviewed it and urged me to schedule surgery (with a different doctor) urgently, I might have lost function in my bowel and legs. Then tells me I need a back brace! And no more muscle relaxants but I need hard core pain pills... The issue as you see is it is completely against the spinal Doctors diagnosis! Well two months later I receive two bills in the mail along with a break down of my insurance billing from washington center for pain management.. They didn't dump my urine, they didn't follow my rights as a patient they sent it out to a outside drug lab and they charged my insurance $3500. And the office charges my insurance $500 to collect a urine sample, what? I am the one that collected it and handed a sterile bottle back to them and that cost $500?? $760 for 10minutes with a moron Doctor that has no idea what he is doing and prescribing procedures that should be looked into! Stated Dr. Magu and he recommended the same procedure. I just needed a short time recovery of a back injury and my regular Dr. gave me an Rx of muscle relaxant and Dr. Magu wanted to do a crazy nerve procedure. All I wanted was the muscle relaxant since my regular Dr. was out of town and I didn't want to wait. This Crazy Dr. Magu was so into himself I thought he was going to start kissing himself. I come here on Yelp read a few posts and realized I better not go to this guy, so I called and canceled any further appointments and when I got my urine sample results back they altered my results or sample as it stated I was on a Rx drug that I have never taken ever in my whole life.
