Wow, let me just say I am BLOWN away with the level of care Ashley provided. I called on Friday afternoon, I am 20 weeks pregnant with a 10 months old. I had thrown my back out and needed help right away and she was highly recommended. She could've got me in that day but I opted for Saturday when my husband could watch our daughter. She was very flexible about timing and appointment scheduling. She text me Saturday morning to confirm and give directions and a link to her website. When I arrived she got me water and talked to me about my pain, history, and level of comfort with certain areas being touched as well as the level of intensity I could handle. She set my husband up with a big heating pad for his shoulders that he loved. It was so sweet of her to include him and she visited with my daughter as well. Now for the important part, the massage was SO amazing and soothing. I was very tight in a lot of places and she worked magic on my back. I'd say she spent 3/4 of the time on my problem area then the last 1/4 on my whole body. Literally head to toe she made sure I was relaxed and that I was feeling good. She talked me through the different things she was doing. Now a day later and I'm able to walk and move around. I'm a tad bit sore (from the pressure) which is to be expected but I feel like a brand new woman. Also, I'm new to the area and she even gave me the low down on local hospitals/birthing centers. I just went to Ashley for a brazilian and an eye brow waxing. I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant so I wanted to take care of grooming in case I go into labor soon. Ashley was amazing.
