Her positive energy was absolutely contagious. She engaged the kids, and kept things at a great pace for the parents and children. She provided us with opportunities to challenge our bodies, while meeting us all where we were mentally and physically. It was lovely to see a mixture of moms, dads and grandparents. I must admit that yoga is not usually my thing, but I thoroughly enjoyed Pia's class, and will definitely be back!

This gym is home to occasional Yoga Tune Up workshops, a fantastic mobility focused practice that is kind of hard to find locally. Dan, the owner, in addition to being a great coach is also a dedicated crossfitter himself and certified Yoga instructor. This is the place you go to break yourself down at the Crossfit box and get put back together, but better, in the Yoga room.

It's been about 9 weeks of going 5-6 days a week. It's a great way to start the day. It's tough but the rewards are your own. You compete against no one other than what's you see in the mirror. The coaches (I've encountered 3 thus far) are great at motivating no matter what your capabilities are. If your level is zero, they'll get you to one. If it's 9 they'll get you to 11, you choose.
