He used a heated pad on the table which i loved - it made it so much easier to relax. Let's talk about how he found huge knots in my back and when he worked them out - one of his actions caused the top of my foot to flash with a tingle - it's like the sciatic nerve opened up for traffic! I was concerned about stress in my neck and shoulders but as he was conducting the session he advised that my thigh muscles and the tendon on top were very stressed and screaming - so i yielded to his suggestion to work those more than the neck. O.M.G. - My thighs were like "WHAT IS THIS?!!" I am a big guy so my legs have to support this large frame and weight when walking or standing. I just accepted the pains in my body as normal - but through the treatment i could feel my body telling me - hey this is what you should really be feeling! Damien finished by working my feet - something I don't usually allow because i have a thing about people touching my feet - but oh he did this stretch on them that stretched the tendons on the sides of my legs and felt it in my lower back.
